I love Wendys but every time I come here, which is alot, my order is always wrong or the experience is horrible. From the rude workers taking the orders to the food received, it is just a hot mess. I want Wendys to succeed but I’m losing faith.
My last experience today was being asked to pull around for my fries. There was noone else waiting at the time. I waited but no order received. I had to go inside and get it. They forgot I was out there. My food was cold.

I had to make a return visit since my drive thru order yesterday was amazing. Today I ordered the Dave’s Single with a 10 piece Spicy Nuggets and everything was Hot, Fresh, and juicy. I love the way Wendy’s lettuce has that crunch to it and they truely are stepping their burger game up. I utilized the Wendy’s App to get the $1 Dave’s Single and its very much worth it. The lady who took my order was super nice and very friendly and made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. She even asked if I wanted a cup for water since I didn’t order a drink and she went above and beyond to make sure her customers in the lobby had everything they needed. I should of asked for her name so I can give her a shout out for her above and beyond personality. Now back to the food. 5 stars across the board and I really love the freshness of their spicy nuggets and how they’re so juicy and tender with every bite. Paired them with their Ghost Pepper Sauce and they can’t be beat. I’ll be going back soon because I’m craving that Wendy’s already. The perfect way to end a perfect night.

I had just loaded at F&F feeds and realized I hadn’t eaten to day so as I was heading East on 6th street I saw this Wendy’s, I hesitated but found a parking lot just east and pulled my truck in and parked walked across the grass to Wendy’s
Really wanting chlli,just to find that we’re out this night ,so I ordered a Dave’s double meal! “WOW”, THIS HAD TO BEEN THE FRESHEST I’VE EVER GOTTEN, THE FRIES WAS PERFECT AS WELL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH
I GIVE THUMBS UP ALONG WITH A HIGH FIVE TO THIS STORE AND IT’S STAFF

Absolutely a joke bought food for the whole family. We got cheese burgers with No cheese and our drinks had no lids. No signs were posted and only told about the No lids when we pulled up. The bacon cheese burger was a junior burger missing bacon. A different burger had no mustard. Horrible experience … quit eating there 6 months ago because of cold food and old fries. Won’t be going back anytime soon. If you are out of stuff have it posted and take it off, your app! Extremely disappointing!

Reading must be hard. I ordered a Daves DOUBLE. Got sent what looks like a Jr Bacon chesseburger sized burger with a single meat. Avoid this place unless you want your order messed up.Also medium fries were half topped off. What a rip off.

Wendy’s in Emporia, KS had it’s Grand Opening the week before Christmas in 2019 in it’s brand new building. The vehicles were backed up on 6th Avenue for at least a block.
Although Wendy’s was extremely busy due to their Grand Opening, all of their workers were pleasant and not pushy. The food came far more quickly than expected; it was hot and tasty.
When the mobile app did not work (remember this was their first day), they were eager to find a solution. That was the only glitch I could detect; most of the time I expect a litany of issues in the first weeks. Perhaps it was due to having another experienced general manager (from their Andover location) there even in the evening.
As I was leaving, and cutting across the drive thru lane, I overheard the employee who was extremely patient and understanding when a customer asked a question. It looks like Wendy’s hired workers who exhibited a positive and helpful attitude.

Every single time I come to the emporia Wendy’s I’m told to pull up front to the parking lot. Every time. They do this with every car. Tonight the parking lot is packed with people waiting for food. When I go to any other Wendy’s in kansas the employees can get my food to me at the window in a timely manner. I can order a simple single sandwich and im still told to pull forward to the parking lot. I also just saw an employee hit her vape before going back in the building after delivering food to the parking lot!!
