Worst Texas Roadhouse I’ve ever been to, and I frequent them often. They put ABSOLUTELY 0 effort into my take out meal. Only time I’ve ever gotten burnt rolls, I got blue cheese instead of ranch, no celery, and barely any sauce on the wings. I also picked them up right at the order time yet they were soggy and cold. Also got fried pickles that were absolute mush, cold and undercooked. They tasted awful. That food looked NOTHING like the pictures on the menu. Don’t go here for wings- or take out in general, incredibly poorly ran.

Service was outstanding. Food was another thing all together. The appetizers were good. But. In case no one ever told you, no, your steak should not have the consistency of pate and should not be spreadable. The piece left on my plate in this clip is the one piece that did not get sent back (used a small plate to give it back to the VERY friendly and understanding waitress)

Went walmart and bought groceries for the week.
Showed up at restaurant 7:46pm.
No text….
8:22pm I went in after sitting with no text.
O they are waiting on chicken wings still…
Food was soggy and wings were cold.
Had to throw out some groceries.
Not sure wasn’t going on with this restaurant but I been to many restaurants on the east coast and this is by far the most unbelievable. Last time they had no snake bites in the building. Time before no sweet potatoes. I cant stress the importance of your value of your customers in a small town! Manager didn’t even try to fix this probably will never go back.

Great food, great staff and great service. Had a small issue (nothing involving food or staff) and the restaurant manager went above and beyond fixing it. Very impressed with our experience dining in. It was our daughter’s birthday dinner and even though she wouldn’t sit on the saddle lol we had a great time. Ordering take out has always been super easy and fast as well.

Great service. Timely. Food was “meh” this visit. Ordered the filet medallions with steak fries, house salad, and cup of chili. Salad was fine. Note much you can do to mess that up! The chili was runny, very greasy. Okay flavor, but not appealing. The fries were fine. The filet medallions were ordered medium. One was medium. The other two were bordering on medium well. Not very well seasoned. Kind of blah. Portions were plenty. Just an off night perhaps.

Got passed up multiple times because we were unaware that we had to check in again after receiving the text. Then our drinks were messed up a couple times. We understand they were busy. Food was absolutely amazing though! Will definitely eat there again.

My family and I waited an hour and some change last night for a table. Finally got seated, Ordered food and we got undercooked burgers, not all the items we ordered, and top it off I got served cold food. I ordered a steak and shrimp my steak was ice cold and like chewing on rubber. My shrimp was so cold that the butter sauce they poured over it solidified. It was a waxy unpleasant texture. Was not happy with my first experience at this establishment.

I had the pleasure of working with Christi! She helped me cater a holiday meal for my employees and she was amazing! The food was good perfectly! They included all they fixings, sauces, butters, she thought of everything for us! The whole team there is lovely, I’ve only ever had a pleasant experience and will definitely keep coming back!
