The restaurant was clean, they have outside seating as well. It wasn’t crowded for a Saturday evening but the workers were soooo slow, must be new workers I’m not sure. And I had to ask for more rice in the built your own tacos meal. He barely filled it up. Also he didn’t put enough cheese in it. The tortillas he made were overcooked. My burrito was very small, my husband’s bowl was decent size. The food itself tastes good.
The bathroom was clean and they had a changing table in there.

Stop at this location frequently but last 2 experiences have been more disappointing than pleasant. Tonight who ever was training the employees to give less on everything as they were making my food should probably be retrained….

The food itself is always great at this Chipotle. Never had any issues with that. My one complaint is that I order online and expect my food to be available for pick up on the shelf. Every time I have to peak my head around the corner and ask for my order. Maybe they have had issues with people stealing.

I had a poor experience today, October 6, 2025, at approximately 4:15 p.m. The employee preparing my burrito reacted poorly to a simple request. I told her that I wanted a second tortilla so the burrito could be double-wrapped. She placed both tortillas directly on top of each other, which was not a good sign, but I decided to wait and see.
When double-wrapping a burrito, the standard method is to wrap the burrito normally with the first tortilla (which is often oversized) and then use the second tortilla to reinforce the areas that did not fully hold together. I assumed she might wrap the first tortilla and then use the second one correctly. Instead, she attempted to wrap both tortillas together at the same time, as if they were a single thick tortilla. This never works because the tortillas become too inflexible and the burrito usually falls apart.
I’ve received “attitude” in the past for requesting the second tortilla at the end, so this time I tried to follow the suggestion to ask for it upfront—which now reminds me why I hadn’t done that before.
As she continued wrapping both tortillas together, I politely asked her to stop and explained that this was not the proper way to double-wrap a burrito. She replied, “I wrap hundreds of burritos a day. This is how it’s done.” I asked again if she could please wrap the burrito with the first tortilla first, then use the second tortilla afterward.
She then pushed the burrito toward me and said, “Fine, you wrap it. You should work for Chipotle.” She also called over another coworker and said, “Because this guy thinks he knows better.” The employee who rang up my order then wrapped the burrito correctly, and was polite.

First time I’ve ordered from this specific location. Burrito bowl was ready on time, employee I spoke with was polite and asked if I was there for pick up and handed me my order. Order was correct, they really loaded it up. I had specified plain white rice no cilantro and they got that right. I was in and out in less than a minute. Will definitely order from here again.

Solid portions and quality, for being new – the flavors are certainly there! They loaded the bowl up with Chicken. Unfortunately, they did forget to give us a bag of chips. Since they are new, that is to be expected, hopefully it was just a one time blunder. I will give them the benefit of the doubt this time. Will definitely be back!

Ordered ahead of time the issue is ordered 3 kids meals and why is this quesadilla Not a quesadilla??? I went back in The store And the line was outrageous For a new store This is kind of sad. Waited 10 min and just walked out and went home and made my kids a quesadilla.

I have loved chipotle since they came to the area. The fresh food, the ability to choose how I want my bowl the fabulous ingredients. I gave this location many chances hoping each time that the burned meat was just a “one time error”. Well it’s time to assume that whoever cooks here can’t work a grill. My steak is so as to be the consistency of dog kibble and taste like charcoal. Alliance Rd has ruined my 20 year love affair with the brand. So disappointed.
