Not bad. The staff were fine. The place was clean. The bowls, including the new carne asada with red chimmichuri was good, but unfortunately they really let me down on the chips. We were lucky if we got a half dozen full chips in the whole bag, the rest were crumbs and bits. Not great quality control on that particular bag.

This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle spot. My bag came all wet and ripped. My bowl was open and my queso blanco was missing. At first I thought it was drivers fault. once I opened the bowls the food was cold and the beans didn’t taste very pleasant. My mother in law ended up puking everything out 15 minutes after she ate the food. I got the food 10/05/25 and the next day she’s still feeling sick. I tried to get in contact with the restaurant and the operating machine told me to talk to “pepper.” I did just that. once I did she told me someone would get back to me. I inquired about a refund, and immediately the chat closed.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Chipotle location for quite some time and usually enjoy stopping in for a bowl with rice and chicken. Today, I decided to try something different and ordered a burrito with rice, chicken, and sour cream. When I noticed the portion of rice was extremely small, I politely asked the employee if she could add a little extra rice to make the burrito feel more substantial.
To my surprise, upon reaching the counter, I was told that this was now considered a “double burrito,” and I would have to pay $15.26. I explained that I only asked for a bit more rice, not double portions, as I don’t eat the other ingredients typically offered. However, the response was essentially “too bad,” and the price remained.
I find it absolutely ridiculous to pay $15 for a burrito consisting mainly of rice and a little chicken, especially when other nearby burrito places offer larger, better-value meals at a lower price. The lack of concern from the cashier, who seemed more focused on upselling than addressing my reasonable request, was disappointing.
This experience has left me rethinking my loyalty to Chipotle. The inflated pricing and lack of customer care may lead me to explore other options for my meals in the future.

Wort experience ever and i usually go to alot of chipotles but this one has been by far the worst of all DONT COME to this one unorganized and rude
First i get here order my food just how i want it and like it than i get to the finish of the line and pay for my food turns out they gave me some one else bowl not to mention had to ask the cashier why he charge me for extra meet I didn’t ask for that than they said they were going to remake it told em how I want it it they did it so fast i knew they didn’t do it rite asked the cashier if they added guacamole like the first one he said yes ! Do went to a table and open the bowl to find out they didn’t add no guacamole no meet just rice bean
And sour cream went back to the cashier and told him I didn’t want it i wanted a new one gave attitude and was disrespectful till he said get back in line now i had to get back in line just so they can make it rite than i go and try to fill my cup with sprite to find out is out of sirup and is just carbonated water !!! This place need to be re trained and get organized ill give 0 stars if could need better managing

I had a great experience today at the brickyard Chipotle. The carne asada tacos i had were probably 4.3 out of 5 star quality. I could tell it was high quality beef used and guac as well. Only reason I didn’t give 5 star is because they were stingy with guac portion on tacos. Add a bit more guac to tacos and beef and I’ll giv3 5 stars.

Going to this chipotle is like flipping a coin and not knowing if you’re gonna get a good or bad bowl. Been here multiple times & sometimes it’s good and sometimes bad. 1. Their portions are really small 2. Sometimes their steak or chicken isn’t well cooked or their rice is just really cold.

This is hands-down the worst Chipotle I have ever been to in the entire United States. The place is filthy — the tables, the counters, even the floor look like nobody has cleaned them all day. There were not even any forks available, which is unbelievable for a restaurant that serves bowls. The whole place feels like total chaos. The staff moves extremely slow and looks completely unorganized, like they have no idea what they are doing. This location has absolutely zero management — nobody is in control, nobody cares, and it shows in every part of the experience. I have visited many Chipotle locations across the country, and I have never seen one run this poorly. Do better.

This Chipotle location has been consistently disappointing. Every time I order, the food is barely lukewarm, the meat has no seasoning, and the overall flavor just isn’t there. On top of that, the customer service is terrible.
I live very close by, so you’d think this would be my go-to spot, but it’s so bad that I’d rather take the extra drive to another Chipotle location where the food is hot, seasoned, and the service is actually decent.
Avoid this one if you can.

I live coming here because it’s so close to my home. But this location I feel needs help in the kitchen. Every time I go in the white rice is always under cooked. I just paid $14 for a steak bowl and the rice was hard super unsatisfying, I tried to give it chance but 3 times in 3 different occasions is ridiculous that the rice is always under cooked, do better pls
