Needs zero stars option Those staff is friendly Something inside is just broken. Arrived at the drive through and was told the pizzas were in the ovenAnd was basically asked to drive around again so I drove around waiting a second timeTook longer this time waiting behind 4 cars when I was there before they all were and on top of it then I’m asked to drive and park in front of the front doors and they’ll bring my Pizza out to me so I parked in close to 24 minutes later I’m sitting there I stand up out of my car and I’ve noticed the pizzas were done and somebody forgot to bring them to me

These guys are quite clearly using old dough that should not be used anymore and does not rise properly. I’ve worked at pizza places in the past and this is what old dough looks like when you cook it.
The olives should not be thicker than the dough.
On top of that whoever’s answering the phones down there just doesn’t seem to care.

This place was quite unpleasant and underwhelming. None of the chefs have hair nets, gloves, or proper shoes on. There are leaks in the ceiling. A worker is also charging their airpods at the front desk. We have been waiting for our food for a while now. I’m saying this all, and still have not received my food. This place is super unsanitary. Terrible customer service as well and the workers are working at an incredibly slow pace. Would not come back again. 0/10. Terrible experience. Below i have attached pictures of the ceiling.

Had a pick up order for my daughter. No one acknowledged me or asked me what my order was upon entering the store. I stood there for 5 mins while listening to two workers chat about their day, and the cashier on the phone. Finally got my pizza & wings. I have more CRUST than cheese and sauce on my pizza and the wings were not finished AT ALL! Wish I checked it before leaving, but I will not be ordering from this location again.

Partner pre-ordered almost 5 hours early so that I could swing by and pick it up at 7:15 on my way home from work Friday night. An hour and a half later I am finally leaving with the order. The place was swamped with people, both in front of and behind the counter but they couldn’t get things flowing. I’ll not be taking a chance on them again.

This location must not use a clock, ordered pizza to be picked up at 6:15, pizza was ready at 5:45. Ordered extra cheese and there was less than normal cheese. NY style crust is a gimmick, not anywhere close to NY style. The only positive was the stuffed crust was actually decent, one we reheated it. Little Caesar’s is a much better option next door

Pizzas I ordered were delivered with no warming bag, room-temperature, the garlic sauce I paid for was smashed up and spilled inside the first box. We have a video doorbell that recorded the delivery and the delivery driver literally didn’t speak, or show any customer greeting, and also walked off after handing the pizza to me, and appeared to be irritated.
Won’t be ordering from this location again, mainly because the presentation and lack of customer service both made my wife and I feel like our food was handled with resentment and lack of care.
