I’ve been multiple times recently and I’ve received fresh hot foot during the day around lunch time. Parking is limited and it’s busy usually so the chicken definitely being sold and not just sitting in a heat lamp! I will give 5 stars if it remains consistent! If I never update then I either forgot to update or never a problem. Good location and it’s a bit cheaper than the one in bridge city when using the app for whatever reason

Allegedly they’re open till 11, at least in drive thru. I drove up right before 10:15 and saw there were three employees leaning against the counter on their phones giggling. Pulled up to the speaker and nothing. Waited a few minutes and still nothing. There was no customer inside, it looked empty, just the three girls that were by the counter. I pulled around and they had moved. Just drove away. Honestly, y’all should just get different personnel.
A couple weeks ago I tried going after work, about the same time around 10:15. They’re excuse: they were out of chicken and by the time they start cooking it would be after they closed.

From employee to manager, improper food handling. Cellphone use while in kitchen, no gloves, lack of kindness and communication. Either close down business or simply replace staff.

I love their food there but HORRIBLE customer service. I’m completely upset at how both times I’ve ordered delivery from them BOTH times they don’t put all the sides I ordered or biscuits! & they STILL have the audacity to charge full price for everything!

Went during a very busy time of after the middle school gets out (4pm) so the workers were rushed and curt. But the chicken was nice a salt and even thought the order intercom was kinda hard to hear for the workers which cause a misheard order of 10pc instead of the 2pc I wanted the workers handled the misunderstanding quickly and promptly. Would go again

The staff was VERY rude BAD STANK ATTITUDE. Went thru the drive thru and was told to park next to the building in another lot. Waited over 30 minutes . My husband had to go inside to find our food just sitting on the counter. Biscuits were all burnt.. Never going back

I ordered a 4 piece wings and legs meal and a 8 pc mixed meal with fries for the side 30 minutes later i was told they dnt have wings and id need to wait 20 more minutes. I said no just give me my $38 back,, they said theyre not allowed to do refunds today lol. I was forced to take breast and leg pieces only, when i got home, no biscuits and a half a bag of fries. What i should of done was told them to give me my money back or i ll just go and file a small claims lawsuit. Then an altercation happened with an employee and customer threatening to fight. Also for the first time in my life the chicken didnt agree with my stomach. Never going back

Decided to give the reopening of this church’s another chance thinking they would change but still had to wait 1 hour after ordering 30 minutes in advance and the Drive thru lady sounded frustrated and rude. I do feel bad for the manager she was trying her hardest to try to get the orders out.This establishment deserve 1 star but I’ll give an extra just for her

If I can give -10 (negative) stars I would. Went today at 9:04pm and the drive tru lady was rude, unprofessional, lacks social skills and had cero customer service knowledge. Didn’t let us order and had a attitude for everything we said. Hope you can find peace in your heart you definitely need it.
