My wife got us dinner. We literally live 5 mins away, we ordered two fishwish Combos, extra crispy, with extra tarter and cheese! One of the sandwiches had no cheese no tarter! The other no tarter! The fish was very moist and soft, the entire order was not followed! On top of the catfish tease which was seasoned well, however it was entirely mushy! Let me add all

No Omar Juice ..if u know u knew (ol heads) ..I use to luv the fishwish..the concept was there but the Docks taste 4 me wasn’t..it lacked that Docks seasonings..add $1.50 for cheese & 30 cent for pickles..the Wednesday special is still there!!!yay!!!customer service represents your business.. owners check on your businesses people work hard 4 there money and as prices for services increases your customer service should reflect that..a cashier/1st encounter will make or break your business..appreciate the fact that I chose to spend my hard earned money at your establishment..I grew up with Docks..a household name.. dedication/loyalty.. simple improvements..better seasoning & Docks Great Fish customer service

Food was not fresh and taste was mediocre.
Ordered a fishwish combo with cheese and a 2nd fishwich sandwich.
Could not taste any tartar sauce, cheese or tomato on the sandwich as it was very thin.
Fries were stale and hard which you can tell they had been sitting for awhile
You got me this time , but you won’t get me twice.
I can see this business not staying open long if they continue shady service like this.

Just was not a good experience. I’d rather go to the other locations. I ordered a large catfish dinner for $20. A can pop is not even included and they gave me the smallest pieces. I would have taken it back but I made it home which was a 45 minute drive. Im just going to take this loss and waste of money

I’m sorry but you pay for food and you should get just that. This visit I experienced was so beyond awful. I am going to upload the fries if possible. We have to do better for the price that we pay. Those fries are unacceptable. And this is just what I received I didn’t eat anything out the bag or anything.

Don’t even bother! Just take that drive over to 87th street. ♀️ I ordered the sea nuggets, fish sandwich and wings for my baby. Got home, the wings were burnt, the sandwich was full of tartar sauce and the nuggets taste like they were cooked in old grease! . NO SEASONING! And I’m only eating it cuz i paid for it, i got hot sauce and I’m just hungry. Then i find out the owner of this location owns the one on 35th. I had the same problem with the 35th location a few months ago. Old grease taste. Imma just stick with 87th street from now on.

Jaynelly Babee posted about her experience 9 months ago and took a picture of the guy who was gave her a hard time when she tried to order some food and I’m glad she did, because I had an ungrateful experience with this same guy too, when stopped me from going to Dock’s in CCHills. He gave my food and didn’t give mey drink, so after he took two orders I politely asked him, Sir I’m sorry I didn’t get my drink, and he got nasty and said, I’m only one person you have to give me minute. Dude I paid for my order, just tell your customer, give me one second be right with you, and make my drink!….He was so nasty and was so loud, I said I’m waiting a few months to go back to see if there are any new employees taking orders that are more polite.
