This Taco Bell is never good. Got 2 tacos today and they barely have any ingredients in them. Embarrassing, I’m not expecting much since it is Taco Bell but damn. For $2.50 you would think they could fill the taco a little! Bathrooms are always gross here too, they need updates. Seems like this location is on verge of closing. Did online order and put how many fire sauces I wanted but they don’t put any in the bag ever, so if you grab bag and do Togo check for sauce and napkins. Come hungry leave hungry. My advise is get Taco Bell on another city or spend $4 and get good Mexican at chipotle or qdoba

I’m not sure if its because their district manager was there, or if a switch flipped in the management but this is by far the BEST Tacobell I’ve had in a very long time.
Everything I ordered was fresh, hot, and amazing. Even the Nacho fries (which are usually soggy for me) were crispy, hot, and fresh which is a rare occurrence for me.
You guys ROCKED it tonight! Keep up the good work!

It was a great place with very fast service and made our food quickly. We had 6 people and they had plenty of seating and we were very comfortable. None of the staff was cranky or sad they just gave us our food and we ordered our food at the kiosk and was very easy to navigate to the food we wanted. The food is reasonably priced and I recommend the luxe cravings box.

Old potatoes, lettuce in the potatoes, and the potatoes were cold.
Crunch wrap all the meat and sauce on one half all the lettuce and tomato on the other half . This is honestly one of the worst ones I’ve ever had. When I take a bite and it’s just a glob of tomatoes or a glob of lettuce it’s not appetizing.
Tostada inside crunch wrap was stale with soggy spots in it.
Five layer beefy burrito glob of sour cream first bite then all the meat then the bottom of it was all beans. Hardly any cheese between the burritos.
Potato taco thrown together and improperly wrapped so as it got picked up out of all the cheese fell out and half the lettuce. Also old and cold potatoes.
The only decent part was the chicken flatbread. This is not a place I would ever spend my hard earned money at.
The husky young kid with darker hair and a baby face acted like it was horrible I asked for ice for my drink even though the sign on the machine said to ask as the lobby was out of ice.
The only good thing about this place is the older lady that was working the counter and cleaning the lobby . I heard her tell multiple people to have a great day Thanks for coming etc…. she is the only gem in this atrocity of a taco bell.

What can I say?
Place was very clean, floor had just been mopped all the tables wiped down and looks like this was either newly built or freshly renovated. Very nice location, there was no wait, fast service and food was good and fresh. It was a nice way to end a long day on the road all day in a big rig.

Put in a mobel order when my husband went to get it the girl at the drive thru window literally threw it at his face And spilled my chips everywhere then he had to go back around for my soda because they forgot it she literally got mouthy and told him I’m getting it dude I’m getting it in a attitude like it was his fault that she forgot to give him the soda the first time he went through the drive-thru…….. Update couple days later put in a mobile order the same girl was there I pull up to the drive-thru window she tells me that in their system it shows my order was canceled I show her where I did not cancel it and even showed her where they took the money out of my account they refused to do anything so I had to spend an additional extra money to even get my food that I paid for the first time

Everybody seemed decent. Of course, my order was wrong. Missing a burrito found it in one of the boxes, but missing one of the Gordillas inside of a box. The gorilla shell is not fully cooked. The woman tried to accuse me that I was lying about hiding a burrito. I will never come back to city Taco Bell ever again

One of the worst Taco Bells I’ve been to.The service was incredibly poor, and when you say something it only gets worse. Was charged 32 dollars for a six pack of soft tacos, was given 2 hard tacos and a cheese dip w chips. After explaining my order 2 twice and waiting for 15 minutes in drive through. When returning to get correct order I waited again 15 minutes and received 4 of my 6 tacos. At that point I just left. Red haired guy in charge needs a new job, perhaps working in an office setting. Kingdom City Mo.

I ordered a cheese quesadilla and got chicken but this is a common occurrence nation wide at Taco bell. Other then that it is the same all of the other 8,150 of them across the country. If traffic is heavy it could be hard to get out of.
