Both the men’s and women’s room is so clean. The service was great our waitress was hustling. What a great dinner!
We happened to find this gem while visiting the Thumb beaches and staying in Bad Axe.
It was luck that it was all you can eat fish that night.
She had the walleye. It was so good and lightly breaded to perfection delivered still sizzling hot.
The term eat where the locals go was a perfect setting and it felt like being at the farm family dinner. Beautiful building and lovely place. This restaurant needs to be on the higher part of the list on Michigan restaurants. It’s on my top 5.

Had Thursdays special”OH MY” Turkey Sandwich it was delicious. Had thick turkey slices, mashed potatoes, stuffing, bread, smothered in gravy. We also had Nachos, was very tasty. They have daily specials should be checked out. Great local bar and restaurant.

Cod fish and chips were good, but I question if it is actually cod. It was not the large chunky, flakey, all white fish which I am used to being cod. I think it was more like Pollock.

Whenever I go I always enjoy there Friday fish fry meals and also their taco salad is the best! Good prices and was in all ways pleased with service and food.

This is the worst service I have ever received in my entire life. Our server was insanely rude I mean ridiculously rude for no reason. She threw our food at us got mad when we asked about the menu items and never once asked us if we needed anything or how the food tasted. I couldn’t believe the way we were treated. Every other table around us also said the same thing they weren’t leaving a tip and they were never coming back and we did the same. Never in my life have I not tipped my server a minimum of 20% and she got nothing. My advice is to find somewhere else to eat don’t waste your money here. -100/10 service and the food is not great either.

First time coming here and the food was AMAZING! The portions were huge and everything tasted fresh and delicious, like it was actually cooked with care and love. We will definitely be coming back from Chesterfield just to eat here!
