My husband and I came in tonight and got the steak dinner and WOW it was the best steak we ever had. No more Texas Roadhouse for us. We met the cook (Dale) and praised him as well. He really knows how to make a steak amongst other things on the menu. The waitress was very friendly and quick as well.. Now all you need is fresh yummy desserts.. The atmosphere was nice. Not to loud which is great. I like to hear who I’m with instead of yelling over top of everyone. Im so glad you all moved to the NEW location.. We will be back soon.. please tell Joelle we said sorry we missed her again.. But we will be back.

We got the Balboa pizza. It was good, it was unique. The menu is cool and you can try different items that aren’t everywhere else. I also got a bloody mary too and that was exactly what I needed on that Saturday morning. We sat on the patio and the vibe is chill out there. The waitress was a sweetheart too.

My husband and I came in for dinner on Saturday night. We were delighted by how quickly they were able to seat us with how busy the restaurant seemed to be. Our server was Ava, who was at our table very quickly and greeted us and even helped my husband choose a beer. I am not the biggest beer drinker but he had the Canoe brew and really enjoyed it.
We ordered our food and I chose their take on a smash burger and it was one of the best I have ever had. My husband tried the perch sandwich and he really enjoyed how big the perch was that came on the sandwich.
We really enjoyed our experience and our dinner. It was lively and it seemed like all the workers were having fun. We talked more with Ava and another server, Meera or Mira sorry If I misspelled, those two were such a delight and had us laughing. We will be coming back again and hopefully we’re able to get one of them as our server and can’t wait to try the new menu items we saw. Cheers Ghost Tree!

We arrived around 7ish pm. They acted like we were late and ready for them to close. We asked for a booth. We waited close to 10 minutes until a waitress showed up to take our order. She had no clue what brands of wines they carried. Had to ask if she could bring back 2 samples to taste. The person I was with ordered an IPA. Waitress brought him back a sample. She was not with it at all. We ordered our food. We didn’t receive the complete order. And we received cold fries. Waitress never checked on us until she was done smashing her meal behind the waitress station. Asked her to take the fries off the bill. She asked if I wanted a receipt. Very disappointing service at this brewery company. You should treat customers better when they show up 2 hours before you close

We came in Sunday evening to grab some food. The food was great, we’ve eaten here and the older location before. We knew it would be good. But our server Hannah was fantastic. She was such a sweetheart to us and she was on top of us having refills and consistently checked on us. She’s been our favorite server so far and most times we sit at the bar. I just wanted to make sure she got the praise she deserved, it was a slow night from what we could see but we felt like a priority. This is why enjoy coming here.

By far this is the best place around. The staff is incredibly friendly and prompt. The food is absolutely next level. The pizza and beer is the absolute best around! I honestly can’t say enough good things. I loved the old location but I love the new location even more because there is an outdoor patio.
I 100% recommend checking this place out. If you like food, beer and friendly staff Ghost Tree is a must.

Lexi was an amazing server! The service was friendly, attentive, and perfectly timed. Her recommendations were absolutely spot on and really elevated our whole dining experience. She was knowledgeable about the menu and made us feel genuinely taken care of from start to finish. Would happily come back and hope to be seated in her section again!

Ghost Tree Brewing Co is one of those places that feels authentic the second you walk in—and that’s no accident.
One of the owners, Dan Blatt, is the real deal. Long before the taproom, awards, and packed weekends, Dan was brewing beer in his basement purely because he loved it. You can taste that passion in every pour. These beers aren’t rushed, gimmicky, or trendy for the sake of being trendy—they’re thoughtful, well-crafted, and consistently excellent.
Funny enough, the first time I met Dan was about 10 years ago when I showed up at his house on a 4-wheeler with my oldest son (who was 7 or 8 at the time). I introduced myself, told him I lived down the road, and said I’d heard he brewed beer. That basement hobby turned into something really special for Amherst.
The atmosphere at Ghost Tree matches the beer: welcoming, laid-back, and community-driven. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable bringing friends, family, or just pulling up a stool and talking with whoever’s next to you.
If you appreciate great beer made by good people—and love supporting local businesses that grew the right way—Ghost Tree Brewing Co is absolutely worth the stop.

Today me and my husband decided to celebrate our birthday by enjoying our favorite pizza, the pollinator. We are not football fans and didn’t realize who was playing today. So during our lunch we didn’t mind the cheering that was going on, however the table behind us had a very obnoxious woman who’s cheering went far beyond what others were doing. To the point my ears were ringing. I wanted to say something but didn’t want to be the party pooper. Finally, an employee asked her very nicely to keep it down a little. The next thing I heard was that woman asking for an apology from the Employee and how she won’t be a returning customer. I really hope your employee (who did what some of us wanted to do) was not forced to apologize. We drive from Cleveland to enjoy your establishment and appreciate that your business is veteran owned. We appreciate her efforts to create a comfortable environment for everyone there.
