This location has issues this was my first time visiting and will be the last. I stopped in around 4 a.m. this morning to order two of the $6 meal deals and a coffee. The coffee was disgusting — watered down and tasted old. When I told the employee, Margaret, that I wanted a refund instead of a remake, she told me she couldn’t process a refund because she didn’t know how. She said I’d have to come back later when her manager was in at 10am.
I explained that she needed to call someone or provide a cash refund since the drink wasn’t made correctly. She responded sarcastically, saying “I guess my drawer will be short”. I reminded her that I had already paid, so that didn’t make sense. At that point, she became rude and accused me of having an attitude. Eventually, she did give me the cash refund, but she was extremely unprofessional about it.
I would strongly advise avoiding this location — the service is slow, the food quality is poor, and the staff is rude.

Really bad management. The kids working here are great, but really poor leadership. Please avoid. DO NOT buy a cake here. It will be wrong and overpriced. There is another Dunkin just down the street anyway.

Ordered small black, 1 old fashion donut. Received donut immediately waited 20 minutes no coffee! Girl who took my order ignored me! Left with no coffee! Never again! Dont waste your time at this location!!

I just left this establishment 20 mins ago.. I must write this review, because in all my dunkin history, I had a woman that worked the drive thru window that was extremely polite and customer friendly. I had an issue with my app and my balance. The woman explained it very well and was extremely patient with my questions. I don’t know her name, but she had a European accent (polish or russian) and I needed to compliment her. This is the type of employees that lack in the “fast food” industry because not only did she care about my concern, but took the time to explain it so patiently and thoroughly. I hope the owners read this and keep this woman happy! Lol..

What happened to my Dunkin??!! It was always the better one in town and was amazing the past year or two. My favorite blonde worker, I never got her name but I believe she had a Russian accent was THE BEST!! Everything was always great and people were pleasant and friendly. There has to be new owners/managers etc. Yesterday after ordering ahead in the app we couldn’t even get our coffee and food!! The drive through was packed and not moving until people left the line and they wouldn’t let us come in to pick it up, doors were locked!!! Thinking this was a fluke, people called in, didn’t show and maybe they were getting used to running the store. Those things do not excuse workers not being nice and friendly though which they are not now. My husband went to get me an iced coffee the next morning. They literally put ice all the way to the top of the cup! It was awful and I only had a few sips of coffee out of it. Just ridiculous to run a business like this! I guess it’s time to find a new Dunkin.
