The food is fine for cheaper dinner out… but for the love of pizza!! Stop advertising “Hot AND READY WHEN YOU WALK IN” when it’s only us and one other person, and we waited 20 minutes for one pizza and one order of crazy bread.

7 out of 8 times I have stopped for lunch and no lunch special and a 29 min wait. Why advertise a hot and ready lunch special when they never have them ready. Done trying to support this location. As someone who has worked in the food industry I have some sympathy but at this point seriously review your scheduling and how operations are going.

I CAME IN AND SAT HERE FOR 10 MINUTES WHILE ALL THE WORKERS STARED AT ME AND THEY JUST WALKED ABOUT. I UNDERSTAND THEM BEING BUSY. BUT FINALLY SOMEONE CAME TO HELP ME. Little Caesars once held the standard for affordable pizza. Just a cheese pizza and a 20 oz. drink was $10. I can go to several restaurants for a cheese pizza and drink for that price. On top of that, the pizza was cold upon just driving home (less than 6 min). This location is a solid 3 stars. Just expect mid pizza for a higher price than it is worth.

Service was horrible. After screwing up the order and waiting for it to be fixed my wings sat on a counter to get cold.
In the meantime I got to see a woman argue with the manager about an order that was messed up during the previous week. Her first chance to come back and the manager was rude and unwilling to help at first but eventually helped her.
For me after waiting over a half hour I received a free ranch package (59 cents) . Definitely won’t be back.
