Disgusting. Lo mein is undercooked plain ramen noodles with no vegetables as promised no sweetness whatsoever. Ice cold. Ask for butter with white rice they say none in whole establishment even though we have been here before and got drawn butter. Now they say they ran out of of butter. $21 for a 50 cent package of ramen and 8 frozen tiny shrimp. Leftover food also on table next to us not even half eaten no leftovers taken cuz so gross

If patience is a virtue, you’ll leave here a saint. It took 17 minutes just to get greeted, and my soup which I ordered as my main dish somehow beat the drinks to the table. Impressive, considering it smelled like it had been sitting around since last week’s seafood special.
The dumplings in the soup tasted off, the orange chicken could’ve come straight from a grocery store freezer, and the fried rice was so hard it could chip a tooth. For how not cheap this meal was, you’d think you were paying for flavor or service but no, just disappointment.
Definitely not worth the price, the wait, or the mystery seafood aroma.

I would give them a negative score if I could.
Went to this restaurant with my family and 2 friends and their kid, to celebrate my daughter’s birthday.
We brought a birthday cake with us. The manager seeing the birthday, let us in. The service team brought us 2 candles, sang happy birthday song, brought us plates to share the cakes.
Then in the middle of having the birthday cake, the manager interrupted and said, “no outside food is allowed, you will have to pack the birthday cake and be gone”.
This totally surprised and upset us. She should have told us “no outside food is allowed” before letting us in the restaurant.
Her attitude is rude and rigid. And called the security after we refused to pack the cake to go.
My daughter birthday dinner was ruined.
I will keep the right of further legal action for neglects, fraud, and discriminations from the restaurant manager.

We had a good experience overall -a few hits and misses. We had 8 in our party and were seated right away. Drinks we brought quickly and appetizers arrived promptly and immediately followed by our entrees. Hits- salt and pepper chicken wings -like southern fried -very crunchy. Nice taste and cooked perfectly-probably the best fried wing I’ve had. Sesame chicken with broccoli was flavorful and again the chicken cooked perfectly. Honey chicken was decent. Some in the party really liked and others liked the sesame better and said had more flavor. The pork fried rice was good as good would expect with mild taste. The misses- spring rolls cooked nicely but lacked flavor. Not nearly enough sauce. The crab rangoons were just almost over cooked and not enough sauce. The chicken fried rice was somewhat bland -tasted better with duck sauce but when more was requested for the table only a two tablespoon serving was brought. The lo mein was also just ok -thinner noodles that were more al dente than you typically find with only a few pieces of chicken and veggies.
Was a good choice if other places not available or too long a wait but not in the top tier of restaurants to be found at the casino. Service was very good.

I wanted to like this place despite the reviews and thinking Foxwoods would offer great food, but I was severely disappointed. I’m genuinely confused how the head chef/owner could take so little pride in their business to let the food quality and cleanliness to go like this. Flavorless meals (missing salt and sweet)… Pad Thai tasted nothing like Pad Thai, Beef Chow Fun just tasted like oil, and the meat in the broccoli dish was so tough it couldn’t be cut with the knife, fried rice was very oily. Menus were dirty/worn like they’ve been through a war. Literally, please save your money and go to a hole in the wall Chinese takeout and get a better experience for literally 1/4 the price. The only reason I’m not a 0-star is because our waiter was very polite and attentive and the bok choy was decent.

After an initial disappointing amount to wait (half the restaurant was empty and we were only two people), and some confusion on ordered menu items, the taste/presentation more than made up for it!
Burrata with chili sauce/Crunchy garlic was something I had to try, because when have you ever seen that?!?! Also came with mini scallion pancakes to dip!
Crab Ragoons – perfectly crunchy, light filling so you don’t feel heavy, and great taste
Chicken lo mein – LIKE A HUG! Perfect amount of vegetables and chicken and amazing noodles/sauce

Food was ok, they took my order and brought everything out at the same time, the amounts was generous so that’s a good thing, I feel for the location and price a lot of this food could of been more fresh, the spring rolls are from the frozen variety. And that’s a bummer.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Service by Staff Member
Our experience at Golden Dragon was one of the worst I’ve had at any restaurant. We were shocked by the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism shown by one of the staff members, Utpolla. She displayed absolutely no manners or sense of customer service.
From the moment we were seated, she was aggressive in both her tone and attitude. Any questions or requests were met with irritation, and her behavior made the entire dining experience uncomfortable and frustrating. We came expecting a pleasant meal and instead left feeling disrespected and upset.
Golden Dragon seriously needs to re-evaluate how they train and supervise their staff. No customer deserves to be treated with such hostility. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back—and we’ll be advising friends and family to do the same.

VERY disappointing ! Our party of 5 went around the 1:30 lunch hour. We ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken and Pork and General Tso’s chicken..To be honest it was the worst we ever had. I was going to pay the bill but my brother stepped in. It was his idea to go here and have the Egg Fu Young ( not on the menu ) He insisted on paying saying ” I won’t let you pay for this. It was my mistake.”..Anyway we won’t make that mistake again.
