I was extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. The restaurant was completely empty, yet the staff appeared rude and unwelcoming. There was no greeting upon arrival, and when placing my order, I felt rushed for no reason.
After ordering meals for my children, I requested a sample of the beef, and the employee refused, stating, “No samples at this time.” With no customers inside and no drive-thru activity, the refusal felt unnecessary and dismissive. In fact, allowing the sample could have led me to purchase an additional entrée, increasing your sales.
This was, unfortunately, one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. I will now choose to travel 13 miles to the College Drive location, where the service has consistently been far better.

I went in Thursday night and found out it was a secret opening! so many crew members were there and everyone had welcome me and my family in so excitedly. the lady at the register was super friendly and had answered so much of my questions about the menu as it was our first time ever visiting. The food was wonderful and super fresh it was interesting to see a live action of the cooks as well! The place was absolutely clean! shout out to Ms Ashley for also letting me know about the waiting time and kindly expressing her apologizies! I would love to go again
