Pretty disappointed. Ordered a Southwest Salad at 5:38pm via kiosk. We do NOT live in the area, but were coming from a medical appt. Decided to fulfill a craving. My daughter got an Italian Steak & Mozz sandwich and I got the salad. Decided I’d be patient and wait until I got home to savor it, to discover: no tortilla strips. I tried calling 3x in-a-row, but you also don’t answer the phone. We live on the South Shore. Pretty upsetting experience

Never had any problems with my local Panera until today. Not a single familiar face and everyone was either rude or rushing you or both. There were only two orders on the board one of which was mine and there were only a few people dining in, so not sure why they were rushing if it wasn’t so busy. I try to be empathetic when a cashier isn’t very pleasant especially from the start of a transaction, but to go home and see the state of my 4 breakfast sandwiches was appalling. Called the store to make my complaint and I spoke with the manager, Robin, who took my name down and offered to remake the sandwiches for me. I appreciated this, but this is inconvenient when the order should have been made properly the first time. Their breakfast sandwiches are a common Sunday meal at my house and for them to come like this today in addition to the unfriendly service, was very disappointing.

Simple no-nonsense menu with great combos. Generally self-service if you want something quick- you can be in and out. Bang for your buck! Caesar’s salad maybe needed more of the sauce in it, Tomato soup was great but careful as they serve it really hot.Combo meals are just right- nothing will be wasted. Good healthy options. They have a selection of bread too with unlimited drinks available at the back.

Panera has really gone downhill. It’s not just here, but everywhere. Look at this kids grilled cheese. It’s disgustingly filled with cheese and I even scraped it off. The bread is huge. This is not what the kids grilled cheese used to look like. And the French baguette is flat.
The chicken noodle was undercooked with hard noodles and carrots. How? I don’t know because it’s not like they cook any of their food here. The soup is just warmed up from a bag the gets delivered frozen. I know because I used to work from Panera a long time ago. So so disappointed in this company. I used to love them.

First time in this location and I definitely enjoyed it. I got my usual chipotle chicken avocado melt with chicken noodle soup. I tried their Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea and loved it and I don’t even like green tea and papayas lol. My mother got the cream of broccoli soup, I tried it and loved it! So much that I ended up buying it in a supermarket near my home but I don’t know what it is but the taste was better in the restaurant lol. The cashier was informative but one of the cook’s had an attitude when I asked for my food and had to correct her. The ambiance was pretty low key and no hassle to get around which is great since Panera Bread is known for a place to relax and eat.

Now this has become my daily routine of walking from home to Panera for my coffee and something taking care of my sweet tooth’s craving by ordering some goodies from bakery as well. The service is ok but i guess that’s a compromise I have to make due to pandemic downturn in staffing and I am kinda use to it after complaining to management few times and no positive outcome.
