Second time coming here through ordering on telephone and it hasn’t been the greatest. My noodles were funky tasting and instead of fresh taste and vegetables they were not. They had tiny shrimp with the skin still on it and tail. Meat was hard and dry and General Chicken was oily. My stomach hurt so bad from eating it that I had to throw most of it away. 2 combos of noodles, General Chicken and Roce and Cream Cheese Wontons came out to be $78. Not happy. Will not come back. I would rather stick with the neighbor restaurant Laois Kitchen since it’s freshly made and doesn’t make you feel sick.

Absolutely fantastic food, and impressive variety of cuisine on the menu. Service is 3 for being neither good nor bad, “dry” might be a good descriptor. Overall probably one of the best casual Asian restaurants in the Tri-cities.

Walked in. It’s small and minimal decoration but whatever. The food speaks for itself. Amazing. The food came out in less than 5 minutes it felt like and it was hot, fresh and delicious. I would 100% recommend this place and we will be going back.

This is a great little hidden gem. There customer service is wonderful, they are happy to make accommodations for modifications. They have super fast service.
Today I got gyoza, they where light and crispy with great well balanced flavors. There chicken and pork teriyaki are also great! This is a small business worth supporting, well worth the stop!

It’s a small restaurant in the uptown plaza.
We parked almost directly in front of the entrance. This establishment is wheel chair accessible and can accommodate infants and children.
Note: Woo’s Teriyaki is decorated in Korean American decor however, signage and menus are in English.
Our wait staff was quick to usher us to seating. We were offered refreshments (Coke products) and menus.
Note: Having some basic experience with Asian cuisine will help you understand what you are ordering. Don’t be afraid to Google what you are not aware of. (Same as anyplace)
We placed our order and even asked for a recommendation from our server.
During our visit, the establishment had steady patronage. I noted several pick ups for take out including a local hospital employee.
Our wait was reasonable. Actually, very well timed.
Please review our selections.

The flavours were rich and natural for the cuisine.
Prices seemed competitive and didn’t break the bank.
I did not order any Alcohol and i am not sure they offer. But I’d be interested in a sake just for that fresh authentic taste.
(Sake not for everyone)

I heard of this Asian Fusion restaurant and decided upon recommendation to write an experience review. The restaurant is decorated with minimalist accoutrement and dining room is small. Service is fast and good. I had General Tso lunch. I would eat at Woo’s again but try something different. They have a comprehensive menu covering Japanese, Chinese and Korean entrees.

Food was good, little over seasoned. Customer service could use a little help. Clean restaurant and we received what we ordered on a timely fashion. Looked pretty popular by the in and out foot traffic.

The “BBQ Pork Teriyaki” is phenomenal! It comes served on a sizzling skillet. One of my favorite spots to eat in Tri Cities!

The chicken was like leather, arrived way too fast to have been cooked in anything but a microwave and made me sick.
I literally bit one end, grabbed the other with my hand and with great effort ripped it in half.
80 items is wayyy too many for a menu.
Just do 10-20 items FRESH or don’t put it on the menu, I will not be coming back 🙁
