Food is really good for fast food. I like the grilled chicken nuggets, they’re well seasoned no sauce needed but do have the option. Fries are nat
natural ( I opt for mac & cheese it has real cheese) and food is always fresh.
Everyone that has worked there since opening day have had good attitudes so far even during rush times. Lobby is constantly being cleaned.

UPDATE: We’ve returned three times since my initial review. My gluten-free sandwich order was correct all three times, so I’ve increased the rating.
They are still training the staff, and today I ordered from someone who was not well trained. Be very careful if you use the drive thru and have allergies! I ordered a gluten-free grilled chicken sandwich and did not receive what I ordered even after specifying that I have a food allergy. Fortunately, I did not eat the sandwich they gave me because I have ordered these gluten-free sandwiches from other locations and know that they are not fully assembled like what I received. (Shown in the photo.)

Even when it’s brand new they are still working hard. It was very busy and yet our food came out in 5 minutes after we ordered and then when I went to the play area it was pretty small like very, very small. They need to upgrade it soon. But still you need to come to this Chick-fil-A! 20 stars

We attended the first daddy daughter date night. Claire was our server. She was amazing. They took our order from the table served us our food and bussed the table after. They had really set it up nicely with table cloths and flowers on each table. The amount of extra effort was incredible. We will definitely be attending it next year. It was fantastic seeing the excitement of my girls.

Extremely busy here! I ordered online, food was done fast & sitting on the counter. Stood in line with 5 other people for about 4 minutes before someone came over to talk to anyone standing in the online order line. This was my 1st time ordering Chick-fil-a online & was unsure of how to order extra sauce so asked for it there at the counter & got reprimanded for it by the lady that gave me my food. The food was good, but I got a 4 piece chicken strip meal for my daughter & I got the spicy chicken sandwich meal & it was $30!

I have been patiently waiting for a chic-fil-a since going to one in California a few years ago. Although my experience there wasn’t the best, I was optimistic. My chicken club (no tomato) was fantastic! The express lane was great too.

The first Chick-fil-A in the Tri-Cities. As you can expect, they’re good chicken sandwiches. The drive through can be hectic at times, but the wait isn’t too bad. Maybe order through the app to fast pass the lines

The last like 2 times I had been to Chick-fil-A there had been issues with my orders, but management was really quick to fix everything without hesitation and the manager I think it was that called me was very nice and she made sure that the issue was taken care of.
Recently I had placed an online order, I had a free reward for a breakfast sandwich that I had redeemed – unfortunately I live pretty far out so I didn’t make it to the restaurant by 10:30am so it was cancelled once I clicked I was there. The worker explained me to that you have to be there at 10:30 or else the order gets cancelled which I understand so I ended up redeeming a reward of mac and cheese for my toddler. He was very friendly and explained it throughly without being rude or anything.
As I was driving away he came out running with a spicy chicken biscuit free of charge. I had never tried Chick-fil-A’s breakfast so this was my first time and I was not disappointed!
I feel like Chick-fil-A truly cares about their customers so I will definitely be back!
