Our first visit after a friend recommended we go. We parked in the public parking near by and walked to entrance, look for the Mexican flag as the entrance is in the alley between buildings. It was very crowded there was a large group dining which seemed to have set the kitchen behind but we had chips and salsa with some margaritas to hold us by. We were able to sit outside too as it was hot indoors, we arrived by 6, earned meals by 7 so not terrible considering plus our server kept. He king and apologized for delay.
The food was worth the wait, even had some left over to take home. My husband thought the enchiladas were too crunchy but I didn’t mind, added some extra salsa and the inside was not overcooked, I really enjoyed my meal and plan to go back. I may suggest we go earlier to see if anything changes but we do plan to go back for sure and recommend.

We came around 7:30 for dinner and sat at the bar. They seemed moderately busy with two open tables and a large party waiting to be seated. We waited about 10 mins for the girl at the bar to finally give us menus. The bar was covered in food and she put the menus right on top of lettuce and salsa. We asked for the bar to be cleaned and she was apologetic but disappeared for another 5 minutes in the back to get a rag and cleaner. There were 3 or 4 wait staff milling around unefficiently. The bartender would often leave the bar to bring table service or drinks to the tables who were seated. I saw no other wait staff making drinks. About 20 minutes into our wait she came over and asked for our order. She was very distracted and not even looking at us as she took the order. Again we saw her leaving the bar and bringing drinks and food to other tables while the other staff seemed to be huddled in the corner chatting not paying any attention to the tables.

The last straw was a another patron came over from his table asked for a drink and the bartender started making his drink ahead of ours. At 25 minutes in, with no drinks, no water even, we just got up and left.

I understand finding experienced wait staff is hard but they should really focus their efforts on improving efficiencies.

Outstanding authentic Mexican food. Salsa was delicious. Everything shown was a 10/10. Will be back.

Service here was great. They were able to immediately accommodate our group of eight. I very much enjoyed the pork chimichanga with a side of queso. It was a big portion, so I was satisfied with just the chimi and some chips with some of their award winning salsa. Margarita was good too, I just wish I would have sat at the bar swing while I enjoyed it.

We stopped in for an early dinner on a Saturday night without reservations. We were seated immediately but everyone coming in after us was asked if they had reservations. They were nearing full capacity within 20 minutes of our arrival.

We like Mexican food and arrived with certain expectations. This may be just a regional thing but we didn’t find the food to be very flavorful. That observation extends to the Margaritas as well.

The service was fast friendly and very efficient. Not sure if we will go back though.

The food here is incredible. I ordered a classic margarita and I didn’t even touch it until after my meal because the food was just so good. The classic ground beef tacos are the best I’ve ever had.

Tried this place for a lunch during our fall foliage trip around green mountain area. Authentic Mexican with modern vibes. Has outdoor dining as well. Ordered taco salad bowl and fried shrimp tacos. Quantities are huge with equally appetizing taste. Well balanced flavors with lot of fresh veggies, rice and beans. Serving was little slower on the busy afternoon but it’s worth the wait. The chef was really friendly and offered us additional taste of their fresh homemade hot sauces.

While the food was good, the reason I gave it 3 stars is because they did not have a kids menu?? Yet they had a kids drink menu but NOT food so you had to order adult sized meals for the kids??? I’m sorry but that is a waste of food and money when you’re talking about a 3 year old! If you have kids under 10 you may want to find a place that has options for them.

This is a relaxed Mexican restaurant, with delish food. Who would have thought we would find this in a small town like Wilmington Vt. The staff had an awareness of food allergies, very helpful.
They make there own salsa and taco sauce.

Hard to find location, once I spotted the sign and walked towards it, I could smell the food- I was ready! The food did not disappoint! Lots of flavor in the fajitas, with lots of sides to those. All fresh: pico de gallo, lettuce, pickled cabbage, guac, sour cream, & cheese. Plus, they are served with rice, beans, a great looking salad!!! And of course flour tortillas. The guacamole was perfectly seasoned with hint of lime/lemon and salt. The chips were thin, a few were salty. The service was great! We got mahi mahi and veggies on 1 fajita and shrimp and blackened chicken on the other. The chicken was a bit dry, and not super tasty. I would get the grilled chicken next time. We didn’t order drinks, but they had an extensive margarita bar. Cool atmosphere and music (reggaeton, merengue, upbeat Latin pop).
