Really surprised at how good the fries were. Seemed to be fresh cut and deep fried at the perfect temperature. Not oily or greasy. The waitress was a pleasure and the cook took time to describe details concerning these military aircraft.

I am giving the Jet House a 3 star only because tonight was their soft opening for dinner. I’m hopeful that they will work out the kinks because klamath falls needs more steak and seafood options. Our waitress was amazing, and that is what made it all okay. We had hot beef sandwiches and the clam linguini. My husband and daughter ordered soup for their side, and I ordered the salad. Starting with the soup..it was loaded baked potato. The flavor was good, but it was not very hot..luke warm at best. I was able to have my salad minus the iceberg lettuce, so it was great. For the main meals, my husband thought that the hot beef sandwich was okay, and my daughter wasn’t a fan. Their meals were also not very hot. I had the clam linguini, it was okay..flavor was average and very garlicky…just like everything else, it would have been better if it had been hotter. I can easily say that the amount of money that we spent for what we got was not really worth it. $20 for an average hot roast beef sandwich and $26 for luke warm linguini. Like I said before, I really hope they can get these kinks out and be able to stand up behind their prices.

Just had Easter brunch here and all I can say is I hope that they do this again as I found it to be the best Easter brunch I have attended in 4 years. Staff was very attentive, food was beyond excellent and for the price paid I was more than happy. Multiple breakfast items along many lunch items. My wife’s drinks were spot on especially the bloody Mary. I will definitely be dropping back in soon to see what they offer say to day.

I’ve been here for lunch and was finally able to make it for breakfast! I had the brioche french toast with strawberries and cream, so mouth watering good. My husband had the steak, eggs, and country potatoes which I had to try some as well lol In my opinion more seasoning for the steak and potatoes but that’s just me.

Partner and I enjoy the breakfasts more than any other at this time. It is such a relaxing atmosphere enjoying looking out at the basin, the jets coming and going, and the great food. We have never had a bad meal, the service is spot on, and the Mimosas with pineapple juice are out of this world.

Pretty standard cafe food with a view of the flight line. The cinnamon roll was better than most cafes, but a little on the sweet side.

There is something about nostalgia and new that makes for a high flying experience.
There is something about The Jet House that is just a magical, well thought out bit of good food and memories.
I love this place

Went here for my anniversary the other day and honestly can’t say enough good things about it! The food was great and my wife and I felt very much like we were being catered to. The chef even made me a special sauce to go with my steak because the original sauce had something I was allergic to. The setting was very stylish and calming with a great view of the airfield. No wait time and not crammed full of people. The only thing bad I will say about it was of course the prices but that’s just how it is with inflation these days. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
