We ordered for the first time today, and it was a great experience! From placing the order on the phone to picking up our pizzas in their convenient drive-thru. We even decided to give the cinnamon sticks a try and they were soft and so tasty! Will be back, thank you!!

Their food is excellent and their staff are super kind!
They take care in picking their ingredients, and you can definitely taste the difference!
You can’t go wrong with one of their specialty configurations, but you can always build your own to get your pizza just the way you like it!

Stopped by for a few pizzas. It was very crowded (day before Thanksgiving) so it took a bit longer than we were told, but the staff were very polite and looked like they were doing their best. Pizzas were good and overall, I would recommend All American, just know it may take a while when crowded.

I’ve always raved about this place, but not tonight. It was supposed to be an hour and ended up being an hr and 15 min. The pizza has always been really good so not surprising the prices have gone up. However, the toppings were very skimpy tonight…maybe 5 pepperoni and barely any sausage. Maybe new owners or short staffing? Everything has gotten so expensive that we rarely eat out and now it will be even less. I just saw previous reviews and it looks like this has been going on a while….too bad. (Girl who took my order was very friendly and mannerly)

Wait was supposed to be 30 minutes turned into over an hour than the guy with blonde hair seems very unconcerned and barely wanted to help us and kept skipping over me it seemed they also made the pizza wrong and doing a lot of talking and laughing when it was extremely busy etc… the customer service is a 4 out of 10 depending on who helps you. I want to give a good review but cannot this time honestly I will not be coming back.

Employees dont know to take orders right. One guy forgot the order ;—;. The other lady gave a girl free cinnamon sticks and not us even though we were eating for 45+ minutes. Need 2 better employees. God bless

They messed up my order and said I was lying about what I ordered. Came back to pick up the correct pizza and they wouldn’t give me my garlic butter and made me PAY for another one. Then the blonde girl said I “didn’t have to be rude” as if they didn’t already mess up my order and call me a liar

This was our first and last visit. We ordered a large all meat pizza.
They sure did skimp on the meat. Not to mention the sauce and cheese.

When I ordered it they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. We got there in 15 and it wasn’t even hot.
Not sure how this chain has so many locations.
Save your money and go somewhere else for a better quality pizza.
