First time trying Jimmy John’s sub, I am disappointed because the Chicken Teriyaki was soggy and wet. For the price of a 6-inch sub, it’s not worth it. The taste is not that great either. The employee’s apron was dirty, and they didn’t smile or seem happy to be working there. Don’t know why they even work at a customer-facing job; they seem depressed, and I am not impressed. I’d rather go to Jersey Mike’s or Subway, which still holds value. I won’t be coming back.

Jon Smith Subs is my favorite sub place- specifically this location! The staff here is always friendly and helpful, especially the owner. They never roll there eyes at my ridiculous sub order lol and even know me when I walk in now. They make the subs right every time! The fries are dropped fresh so they’re always hot, even if you place an order over the phone they’ll wait until you arrive to cook them so they’re fresh.

I had been at this location years ago and enjoyed the subs. So after visiting my MIL at the hospital I stopped by for a quick dinner before my drive back home.
I noticed right away the employee who took the order was wearing a dirty apron. I just figured he had a busy day so I continued with my order. I ordered my sub, which they cooked to order. The steak, cheese and onions sandwich was just ok. The first couple of bites I took the meat had grizzle in it and the quantity of filling seemed to be lacking. I was left with part of the sandwich that had no filling. The Sprite tasted chlorinated as well.
As I was finishing my sub I noticed the employee going to clean the bathrooms with the same apron he was wearing at the front counter and because of this I will no longer return to this restaurant to eat.

How is it. That this sub shop only has a 4.4 review. I am a sub sandwich snob. We travel full time in our RV. And every time we come back to the West Palm area it is a must stop for us. The bread is fresh and soft. The meat is always fresh. And the employees are always friendly. There is no way these reviews can be this low for a sub shop that out does everybody else.

I ordered a sub and the new employee Olivia had it wrong and added onions to. Philly sub when I specifically asked for extra meat, cheese, banana peppers , jalapeños and salt and pepper the same I always get my autistic kid whom is allergic to onions btw . Totally ruined lunch for today. And then when I call back and ask for a remake the manager hung up the phone very rude and impatient. What a joke….! Twice I’ve been there and there’s a round of brown man at the drive-thru is too busy on his phone to even understand what I’m talking about, then I ordered my turkey sub I get home about 30 minutes before they close he tells me they’re closed at 9:27 p.m. ….., Hung up me twice when I called!!! And told me bring the sub back tomorrow I’m making you a new one???? How is that going to help me now when I’m hungry?? Bro fire that guy!

I didn’t even order anything, but my brothers did. The workers were very sweet, and these Fall decorations, alone, deserve the 5 star rating

I love Jon Smith subs but this location always forgets the BBQ sauce on my BBQ bacon steak sub.
The BBQ bacon steak is the only sub that I ever order from Jon Smith Subs, and BBQ is in the name of the sub.
It’s not like I’m asking for something extra!
Whenever I order this sub, I always ask for jalepeños and they forgot those, too!
Also, I asked for a side of BBQ, and that was missing as well.
The location in Jupiter, FL, always gets it right, but I live in Palm Beach Gardens.
