I love this place! The avocado bacon burger is amazing every time, the fries are always crispy and the new garlic parmesan ones are delicious, and the inside has super nice decor. I was also pleasantly surprised to see gender-neutral bathrooms here. Highly recommend this location!

The burgers are great, simple, yet full of flavor. The staff saw a bit of a line at the self-service order station and asked if we’d like to pay upfront. The service was fast, they gave me a military discount and the food was delivered to table. A nice server came by and refilled our drinks when they were only half full. Don’t know who the manager is but they have trained their crew well. This was a first rate experience.

This was a late night, “it’s the only place open” situation, but my experience at Shake Shack was as if they were in their first week of business, working hard to impress. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed their help and recommendations. The food was fast and delicious. I will be back!

This is my most frequently visited Shake Shack location. The food and service is always great. But for some reason, when we visited during one of the coldest week of the year, they have no heating! I can’t think of any reason as to why they would turn the heating off when it’s so cold outside. We originally wanted to dine in, but had to take out because of no heat. At least it’s a seasonal thing. Please turn on the heat, for your customer’s and your employees’ sake!

Shake Shake never misses when it comes down to the food. With this new location location in Mosaic, it has been great so far from my experience.
The Food: I went with the double stack avocado bacon burger with a side of crinkle cut fries. The burger was nicely cooked and delicious as always. The fries were crisp and paired with with the shack sauce.
The Service: for this location, they had multiple ordering kiosks for you to use, but there was one register taking orders as well. The kiosk was easy to navigate and very straightforward. The time it took for me to get my order was longer than I’d like, but that varies depending on time/day.
Overall, solid 4/5. No complaints besides wait time.

This burger chain is located in the Mosaic District and is famous for its Angus beef blend burger patties and clean and welcoming atmosphere. The burgers are tasty, and the service is prompt, but the portions seem small compared to the price. Nevertheless, it’s a fantastic place to get a quick bite.

Notice: pay attention if you order both diet cokes and regular Cokes, Mine was messed up; I understand those young servers were under pressure during a busy time, and they fixed my order quickly, but you need to be careful anyway.
Overall, their service is good and acceptable, and there are a few self-order stations that you can use to choose and place your order.
The location is very good, a nice area, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seats and tables were available.

The Tysons location is 100x better. I don’t know if it was a busy day that led to the quality of the food and service, but everything was terrible. It would he understandable if it was a thing or two, but everything was terrible. Ran out of tomatoes and was given no warning even when the food was delivered. Lettuce was disgusting looking. Blatantly ignored by worker twice. The place was not that clean and took 20-25 minutes to get food, which I feel like would be the only excusable stuff because it was the day of a festival. However, food was available at the festival and many nice restaurants nearby, so I feel like it wouldn’t have been that packed compared to other weekends. The online support on the website was quick to respond though.
