I don’t know if Bellevue is just so white or what, but I can’t believe these reviews positive reviews.
I almost never leave one star reviews especially for local spots I think this place is desperately needs a wake-up call. Lord I miss Athens. This was FLAVORLESS. The menu really needs some love. How are there no platters with hummus or a side of fries without getting extra sides or a kids meal? How does the tzatziki taste like nothing? Everything needed salt and nothing had any flavor. The nicest thing I can say is that it was fresh. The marinated chicken was marinated in water or something because it had no flavor and was a bit stringy. No garlic or dill. The most noticeable flavor in my dish was the butter on the rice. I put off trying this place for 6 years and I wish I had put it off longer. Old YT people will love this place.
Please homemade high flavor sauces. If that’s the only change you make your get a boost of customers.
If you want to make a second change, add loaded gyro fries with hummus and dill tzatziki and onions and tomatoes. Etc. $3 extra per dip.
There’s so many great greek places on nolensville road and east Nashville. I’ll just Ubereats next time. But I sincerely hope they’re able to do something.

I got the chicken shawarma platter and it was pretty good. The rice was cooked well. The food seemed fresh. The tabouli tasted fine, but the parsley itself seemed tough and a little hard to eat. The guys there were very nice and helpful. Over all, it was good but it lacked seasoning. Thats the only thing I’d change. It was just bland. I’ll try them again.

I work in the same complex as The Greek Cafe and these fellas make it hard for me to bring my own lunch to work. Very tasty grill plates and the Gyro pita is a monster of goodness. It’s a true handful. The Tabouli is house made with fresh chopped parsley (Delicious, but you may need some floss or toothpicks ). Greek Quesadilla is a popular choice as well. Come hungry because these guys don’t skimp on portions.

This review is way overdue. I go here all the time for lunch and i’ve never once had a bad meal from here. The staff knows my order at this point and are incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you are in the area and love greek food this is the spot for you!

The staff/owners were so nice!!! The food was wonderful! My mom and I were having a not so great evening and we found this restaurant and they made our night! They were so kind and the passion in their food was shown. The food was melt in your mouth!! Everything! We will be returning!!!! My mom got the gyro Platter and I had hommos and pita and both made our mouths happy! Can’t wait to try more next visit! This will be our “Go To” place when we come to Nashville from now on! Thank you so much for the experience and the wonderful food!

Update: Finally got a chance to come back here and it was great! Tender meat great taste! Decent price. The staff is friendly and accommodating! The only problem i had was there wasn’t enough of that wonderful meat! Ratio was a little off. But it was delicious!!! Try the spicy barbecue!! Yum!
First experience: The restaurant was clean and neat. The menu was straightforward. Prices were fair. The coke was a little off. The food looked good. It all had a nice flavor. The chicken was tender, moist, and delicious. The steak was a little dry. The gyro was a little dry and maybe picked up hard bits of gyro left on the flat top i was a little scared chewing it because of encountering a random hard bite. The hummus was amazing! Definitely want more of that stuff! This place did at the time offer a taste of their baklava on the house for yelpers! I was happy to try it. Maybe when i visit again the gyro might be better. Here’s hoping. Looking to give it another shot but until then 3 stars from this guy.

This is one of my favorite places to grab lunch! The staff are super friendly and quick to complete your order. I’ve been accustomed to getting the Platter option with a choice of protein. Every time I’ve been here the food and service has been truly enjoyable.
