I like Taco Bell but they are stingy with the items that goes in whatever taco you get. Also they seem to not care how they put it together and wrap it. Not just this Taco Bell but others. Wish they would be a little more generous with the items that goes inside the tacos and take their time putting it together. Would enjoy this fast food restaurant alot more. However can’t complain about their cheese sauce or their hot sauces as it is the bomb!

I’ve had a very mixed experience at this Taco Bell. The food itself is usually prepared well, but I’ve repeatedly run into an issue where certain staff members add extra hot sauce to my order even though I can’t have it. This has happened especially in the drive‑thru, and it’s frustrating because I’m not able to eat the food when this happens.
What makes it more disappointing is that management hasn’t offered refunds or tried to make the situation right, and a few of the employees have responded with disrespectful behavior instead of trying to help. I don’t expect perfection, but I do hope for a little care and professionalism.
I’m leaving this review in hopes that the location improves its customer service and pays closer attention to order accuracy, because the potential for a good experience is definitely.

Went thru the drive and got a few items, the Mexican pizza had some type of cleaning spray on it. It 100% tasted like degreaser. Tried to call the store to let them know, and see if it can be replaced and no answer as always. Will be keeping the food to take back whether it be today, tomorrow, or next week. Just to once again be told, “There’s nothing we can do about it.”

Ordered 3 meals including a deluxe meal and only got half of ithe deluxe meal. The rest of the food we got was cold and looked like they’d thrown it across the room to put it together. It was a mess, and tasted awful. I usually like Taco Bell but I’ll never be back to the one in Manchester

I went into taco bell and the lady came to me and said what did I need I said nicely I need to order then she went to talk to the other lady at the window and came back and told me that the drive through was pack and told me it could be a while and then so I went out side to smoke my vape because i didnt know if you could vape inside or not and I turned to look at the window and as soon I walk outside she took the other people’s order but wouldn’t take mine
