I usually have good experiences with this restaurant on Waters Ave, however, my most recent experience on Friday, Feb. 6 was a disappointment due to discriminatory practices by management.
I ordered French fries, prepared fresh. I was the only individual at the drive thru as well as in the restaurant itself. Because they were being prepared fresh, I was told it would be a 4 minute wait and was asked to drive to the front so they could bring it out to me.
As I was waiting, 4 or 5 cars went through the drive thru and exited with their meals. A couple, appearing to be of European descent, entered into the restaurant and exited with full meals in their hands. While exiting, the female said, “oh, french fries sound good” as she reached in her bag to eat a few. This was going on 15 minutes.
I went into the store and asked to speak to the manager, who I usually have pleasant experiences with. A man with a full set of stiletto nails. I do not recall his name. I asked where my fries were. He said he forgot. I said that is open discrimination because 5 cars went through the drive through and a European couple just exited with full meals in their hands. He said he was going to drop the fries now and give me a large. I told him it was discrimination because he told me to pull away from the window when no one was there, it had been over 10 minutes, and cars and a couple went in and out with full meals.
He looked at me like he was nervous and one of the staff said, “she’s crazy.” I told him dont give me fries if they’re not hot. He gave me the fries, which were cold.
I felt the whole experience was disappointing and disrespectful which deserved a review score that mirrored the bad service and lack respect.

Seriously the most friendly fast food staff we have ever encountered. Asked during our meal if everything was okay, upon leaving while still seated we were asked if we needed anything else. The food was super fresh, and almost too hot to eat !!!

Went thru Drive thru, ordered unsweetened tea, got sweetened tea. This happens alot. They do NOT listen. I will NEVER return and will take my business elsewhere. You hire incompetent people. I hope your business goes belly up as you cheat your customers. Also there was no ice my tea. This is the second time. They didn’t even tell me there was no ice. Plus they do not speak up that you can hear them on the order line.

I ordered online in the app. The food arrived fine and on time, however the chicken tenders I received were immensely subpar. looked like they had been sitting in the back of the rack all day, they didn’t want to throw them out and give me actual chicken tenders. definitely not worth the money, especially if you’re hungry.

6 chicken strips, gravy, coleslaw. Over priced. ½ a container of gravy. Covid killed fast- inexpensive food. A meal of one barely under $20. I won’t be back.

A little disappointed in the Manager on the window. She was bothered/annoyed at the window. Did not speak, even after being spoken too. She was not rude, but a little unpleasant. Not my first experience with this older woman. Still no option to enter the dining room…I’m not particularly happy with my 2pc today and I have posted a pic. I’ll wait a while to visit this restaurant again.
