This BK has a pretty nice-sized play area. I took my son just for it. I’ve been around to quite a few play places and like this one a bit more than some others. Good size and nice slide. Decently clean, too. No issues with my food order. The restaurant was clean.

Out doing snow at 145am. I was worried if the food at this time would good, or had been sitting forever. Best Burger King food i have had in years. All fries and burgers were fresh made and hot. I come late at night when usual employees are tired and negative in most fast food locations. Jason is amazing. Everytime i come he is positive and has an attitude that makes me want to come back here more than anywhere else. Always fresh and hot! This location is amazing especially late night. Super clean and remodeled with a modern look. Play area is nice for kids and looks new BUT as of July 2,2023 was STILL closed & according to staff was not permitted by city from COVID?? That was a bummer bc we drove to this location specifically for the play area. But clean environment. Great touchscreen drink dispenser. Would come back. Hope they fix play area

Every little thing I asked for was met with a “we cannot do that at this moment,” or “X system isn’t working, so you can’t get this.” If it was one thing, sure, fine, we will have an alternative, but we had to go through this song an dance three times.
The tipper was when I asked for no pickles, there was a refusal due to the amount of staff. Yes, doing less is also more work apparently. Did they not know BK’s own motto for YEARS?!

Came in for SpongeBob promo and I’ve got to say it was better than any other promotional meal thats came out in years. Probably the busiest I’ve ever seen a burger king, everything was fresh, and the place was still clean. Kory and the rest of the team at kipling are crushing it.

I didn’t eat here because I went to the drive through with others, but on this night we sat in the drive through with no response for a good 10 mins. we start saying “hello” just to make sure they were open. Not sure why, but maybe it was an off night. I thought maybe one person was running the show, but we counted at least 3.

Service has been better the past few years than I had previously experienced. It’s Burger King folks, we aren’t exactly splitting the atom when we eat here. When I am kind to them I receive kindness back. The food and atmosphere is what really holds the chain back.
