I will say this was a disappointment on my last visit here. I ordered a # 1 large with no tomatoes and it came to just about 20 bucks. Now I dont mind but I think the prices are bit out of control. I did drive thru and was asked to pull around to the front of the restaurant to wait and it would be brought out. What a nite mare that parking situation is as well. Sad thing is I passed up a Five Guys to go here. Which is better in my opinion is 6 guys and cheaper by about 3 bucks.
Update: The below review was based on my first experience. I revisited and did dine in and all was fantastic. Especially the shake, wow! The restaurant contacted me and I went back to give it another shot so posting review based on new experience.

This Shake Shack location has really taken a turn for the worse. The customer service is horrible. The manager, who told me her name was Lakeisha, was extremely unprofessional, and unfortunately the staff seems to follow her lead. Jaliyah at the drive-thru was no help at all and had a very nonchalant “oh well, I don’t care” attitude when addressing customers.
I placed a mobile order about 20 minutes before arriving and checking in, yet Jaliyah told me they “hadn’t even gotten to that on their end.” There was no apology or attempt to be helpful—just an attitude like it didn’t matter.
I ended up never receiving my food and I’m still waiting on a refund for the order.
I’ve never been to an establishment where everyone seems so bothered and unprofessional at the same time. It creates a very uncomfortable environment for customers. Honestly, it doesn’t make you feel confident about having people with that attitude handling your food. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the professionalism and customer service at this location.

I was recently in the area with my kids and decided to get Shake Shack vs Chick fil a for lunch. The staff were friendly and brought our food out to the table. The food was hot and cooked fresh. The inside area is large with plenty of seating. They have a water station along with napkins, ketchup, etc. they have tablets to order your food – easy to use or you can tell an employee your order at the counter. I like how the menu isn’t large. The food was good and the kids liked it. The employee who brought us our food informed us we could get a free refill of our drink if we wanted. This location also has a drive thru, which is a convenient touch.

Cringle fries were hot and crisp.
The chicken nuggets were hot but not a value for the money.
Service was awesome, and staff offered to refill my sods without me asking.

Nothing says price gouging like charging $4 for this soft drink and calling it a “large” for this very small cup. $20 for a burger, fries, and drink. Ridiculously expensive for what you get. It doesn’t matter what the burger and fries tasted like. This amount of food for such a high price leaves a bad taste in your mouth. For the same price (or less), I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and gotten a better meal and free drink refills, and get waited on instead of eating in my car. It’s all about balance, and Shake Shack clearly doesn’t value building a returning customer base.

Location: convenient and around plenty of shopping and sights. Very clean and open inside
Service: the people were great!! Very friendly and attentive. And, even though there isn’t table service here, they went above and beyond, offering to bring the food and condiments to us
Food: was very good. I liked the burger and fries. My wife enjoyed the chicken sandwich. The 50/50 tea with pomegranate was refreshing

Drive-thru service is so slow it can no longer be considered fast food. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes for a simple order. We’ve visited multiple times and for the price and quality the wait is simply not worth it.

We liked this location quite a bit more than the Inner Harbor location (our first SS visit). We visited on a Friday evening and it was not very busy. There is a nice size indoor dining area and an outdoor patio (which was popular this cool evening). We used the tablets to place our order and the food was brought to our table in about 12-15 minutes. The food was very tasty, even though I still think the sizes are small for the price. Also, the $.80 upcharge for spicy fries is wild! A few sprinkles of spicy seasoning and a ranch cup that RoFo would give you for free. Not sure if I would bother next time. I very much liked my Shack Stack burger! The cheesy mushroom burger was really nice and full of cheese. My kiddo did not love the nuggets (I guess they tasted too much like actual chicken?) but I thought they were fine. I tried the custard too, yummy! Everything was neat and clean and the staff was friendly.
