Since my last review, it’s been a better experience here. Still have a grumpy woman server that has no personable experience. I’m no snob, I’m poor. But no matter where I’ve worked or how bad I felt, I’ve always given the extra effort to give customers a good time. Still not seeing that from here. The guy is alright. But still not a lot of effort. I’ve worked everywhere from fast food restaurants to grocery stores and it’s NOT that hard to put some effort into adding a little charming charisma.

The food was good. The staff was nice and helpful. The service was good. Prices aren’t bad compared to most fast food. The flame broiled burger tasted fresh and had a nice char. I’d go here over McDonald’s. The employees helped me order and brought my food to me. I didn’t eat inside but it looked decent.

Good food, they forgot the BBQ sauce for my nuggets. Always check ur bag before leaving. The location is kind of hectic depending on the time of day. The play place is good for younger kids.

You’d think they would improve service with all these awful reviews but NOPE. This was complete garbage. We got our money back. Not only was the cashier at the drive extremely rude but she didn’t want to give our money back. The chicken sandwich is called “royal crispy with bacon a Swiss” but they gave a sandwhich covered in mayo lettuce and chicken. Nothing else. Don’t waste your time here. The manager needs to put in some WORK to adjust this behavior from the shitty employees! This isn’t Farmington. Put some pride in your work.

Dirty location, every table was dirty. We had to clean a table before we could use it. The drink area as you can see is a complete mess. Chicken sandwich was cold, fries were undercooked, unserved and cold!
Employees are out in the parking painting lines instead of helping customers place orders and server it warm. The employees inside seem to not be interested in doing their job.

The new melts… aren’t melts. Even their promotional material shows that the cheese isn’t even melted. Cold cheese and median temperature meat = not a melt. I’ll attach a picture of the melt they promote…
There wasn’t a whole lot of people when we came into the store. So we were able to get our food very quickly. It was hot, fresh, and very good. The team members here were awfully nice. The indoor play place is extremely fun for kids… But it doesn’t have a heater in there, so make sure and bring your coats!

I had to wait for a long time to get my food and my drinks poor service and customer service. I was being ignored by the manager and my burger was made wrong. Fries were cold and they were paying more attention to drive thru then lobby guest.

Riding the Durango Cascade Canyon Train and stopped at BK for a quick breakfast sandwich.
The line took longer than expected as the truck in front of us was a frequent customer and was chatting at the window. We were early so no big deal.
To be clear – we were not expecting the best breakfast sandwich ever. Let’s be real. It’s fast food. I get that. However, it should have at LEAST been edible.
