I ordered and paid for signature flavored iced lattes through the app. Didn’t get what I ordered as some machine was broken. They wouldn’t even add the flavored syrups to what they did give me ( plain iced coffee.) Person at the counter was more interested in ending her shift, manager more interested in decorating.

This morning 2/24. Two workers. One brand new. Both working with the flu! Seasoned worker extremely rude to customers. Over 1 hour to get food after ordering online and driving down nothing was made. 2 workers finally came in and got things slowly better. Mutiple people got refunds because of the woman complaining about working with the flu. This store needs to be revamped and moved elsewhere! The new management has not made anything better! Will now run up to the valley where it’s more respectful!
