My husband and I both ordered salads (a Fried Cobb and a Grilled Zensation) which were awful. The lettuce in both were slimy, brown and gross. It wasn’t fresh and should not have been served to people. The Zensation salad had to be tossed because it was in edible. We also ordered a Signature sandwich with No Zax sauce but wanted Tongue Torch sauce instead; that sauce was missing and so were the extra pickles we paid for. I thought the sandwich was chewy and tasteless. My husband got the Signature Sandwich meal, very little Zax sauce and chewy as well. We were very disappointed as on our first visit during Veterans day, we received two Signature Sandwiches which we thought were much better tasting and quality than another restaurant chain we use to frequent. But after this visit, not sure what happened to the taste and quality.

The night manager tonight 1/5/2026 at 9:15pm has horrible customer service. My order was incorrect twice which caused me to have to go inside the restaurant. In the midst of getting my order incorrect he exclaimed “OMG” which was not necessary for the mistake HE made and had to fix. I advised his attitude SUCKED which he replied so does yours. As I’m exiting the building he exclaimed “Don’t drink and drive” which was insulting because I was NOT intoxicated. I will NEVER return to or recommend the Peters Creek Zaxby’s location ever again.

I didn’t like the Zaxby salad that I got. The chicken eas on top with coleslaw slaw then lettuce on bottom. However, they loaded the salad with thick teriyaki sauce. It made everything talk yuck. Won’t get it again.
However, my grandson got chicken wings and tenders with fries. I tasted the fries and they were really good as well as a generous amount. He said the chicken was delicious. So I will try it next time.

Hot juicy bone in chicken wings and chicken strip, crispy crinkle cut fries made fresh for us. The only thing that bothered us was the down on their luck guys in the parking lot asking for spare change.

Usually when I come here, I don’t have any problems but l visited this location on Sunday and not happy with the preparation of my food. It was super messy and ridiculous. Honey mustard was on my fries, on the side of the bun, and all in the container.

Had a good experience at this Zaxby’s fries were good. Sandwiches were good, a little pricey but good stuff. They have a Coca-Cola machine. Accessibility is decent, you gotta get through to doors to enter the premises. Not the best place to go on a wheelchair. Grilled Chicken tasted good.

Newly updated Zaxby’s location that serves pretty consistent fast casual American fare from wings, chicken, sandwiches, fries, and really good salads. The staff are good but can be hit or miss depending on what crew you get. They also have good desserts and ♿ handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and seating.

I’ve been to this location twice now, and both times the food was piping hot and seasoned perfectly. Great flavor and quality! I’ll definitely be back.
