We love this place! We were in Silverton for 2 days and spent some time each day because it was so great! Wendy was the best; such a great host and storyteller and made us feel like part of her family while sitting on her patio! Go enjoy the company, the wine, and her amazing food!

A wonderful lunch stop for an authentic taste of Italy. The owner clearly knew her wines very well and we each had a flight tailored to our preference. The accompanying Charcuterie board was excellent with a great selection of Italian delicacies (Pecorino, Gorgonzola, Fontina, Mortadella, Salami and more!). It was so lovely to hear the story of the owners ancestors who built the property from local stone. This place was a real highlight of our trip – thank you so much.

This is one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had! The food was absolutely phenomenal. It’s all made from scratch and has an amazing flavor. It’s priced VERY reasonably, especially because of how high quality the food was. Wendy has such an amazing personality and character. She was so incredibly kind and inviting. We asked her to give us a bottle of her favorite wine (she’s a level 2 sommelier!) and the bottle she recommended was perfect. We loved hearing the stories of her life and we will be planning a trip back from Oklahoma just to come back to her place! Absolutely 10/10 would recommend.

Wendy, you were my favorite part of our trip. Thank you so much for treating our little traveling group like friends. The food was AMAZING, truly amazing. The bolognese lasagna was an experience. I could talk about how amazing the food, chocolate cake, wine and paired port is…but even better to talk about the stories of your travels you shared, meeting you sweet mother who stopped in, and the literal hug you gave our friend. I went to Osteria Restaurant & Bar two nights in a row — and that alone should say something.
The first night I had the fettuccine. The second night, the lasagna. Both were exceptional — balanced, deeply flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every bite felt intentional. We started with melted brie and warm focaccia that was rich and impossible to stop eating. Wendy chose the wine for us both evenings, and each pairing elevated the meal beautifully.
Wendy is cordial, knowledgeable, and an absolute delight. She makes the experience feel personal without ever being intrusive.
I am extremely picky about dining experiences, and this was an S-tier one. It’s rare to find this level of quality and intention anywhere, let alone in Silverton. Wendy and Kelli are doing something truly special here — we’re incredibly lucky to have it.

What a hidden gem! We hung out at Wendy’s place all afternoon. She had a old school vinyl record playing Italian music and we delighted in her conversation and charcuterie board. Her little grotto area was very inviting and romantic. We’re going back again today. Looking forward to trying out her sauna, hot tub, and steam shower with our son who’s coming off the Colorado Trail.Oh! And the wine was fantastic. This is a must see for anyone who loves wine and good food and a lovely afternoon in Silverton.

Wow! What a GREAT addition to Silverton! Wendy is super knowledgeable and super nice. A level 2 sommelier trained in Italy. Great wines to taste or bottles to buy. The charcuterie boards are really, really good and reasonable. Nice choices of beers and sodas too. A pleasant outdoor space to relax and enjoy – complete with a fountain and even hot tubs. Dog friendly. Adjacent to the Dallavalle Historic Inn and the Wildcrafter Spa on Blair Street and 13th. Highly recommended!

I have eaten at many restaurants across the united states. This has taken the place of the absolute best restaurant experience my group has ever had. The made from scratch food, the bottles of wine Wendy picked out for us, the chocolate cake paired perfectly with the Port she picked out for us. It was all presented in the coziest seating area. I cannot say enough about WENDY, oh my god her stories, her personality, she is the angel of all of our hearts now. I could never say enough. It was shockingly inexpensive and was worth every single penny. We love you Wendy.

My husband and I stopped in after a gravel bike ride outside of town. I was craving cheese and I remember passing by the place a couple weekend ago before it opened. This osteria and bottle shop is (for now) a hidden gem in a town full of touristy shops and restaurants. The atmosphere mimicked a European garden, quiet, pretty, peaceful. The food and drink were the best we’ve had for charcuterie, as the quality was superb and portions were generous. The service was well paced as flights of wines came out in perfect timing with our food.
If you want to avoid the cheesy, touristy spots in Silverton and instead enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and really good food and wine at a great price, this is your place.
