Today I ordered through uber eats and the app completely messed up my order! I called into the store when I placed another order and Jacob was so kind and friendly when I explained my problem and even offered compensation but I told him that was not needed due to the store doing everything right! But he made sure my second sub I had delivered was made correctly to my standards and also apologized for something that wasn’t their fault.

Wasted 40 minutes of my hour lunch from a 12 hour shift stood in line for 20 minutes nobody spoke a word to any of the customers in line, for them to tell me they couldn’t make my food because my pick up order didn’t come through their computer and they’re supposed to come through 15 minutes beforehand, as I showed her the charge on my bank account she said “it’ll just refund automatically” and had me leave. If any of them had has asked what we needed instead of taking 20 minutes in silence to make a couple wraps for the first person in line they probably would’ve known the old man in the wheel chair in front of me was just waiting for a pop and would’ve been able to make my order.

I ordered two of the foot-long subs expecting to pay $5.99 each because there’s a huge sign advertising the deal. When I went to pay for them I was charged $19.18 for the two subs. I mentioned the advertisement and was told that EVERYONE screws up and the price was still $19.18. I’d have asked for a manager but there were only two teenaged girls working and both were very frazzled. Absolutely astonishing and false advertising.

food always amazing, the girl that made me and my boyfriends subs not so much. as soon as we walked in at 9:07 she was very aggravated because they closed in 23 minutes. Just very rude asking us what subs we were getting ect. this man came in (i think he was homeless) and asked for a spoon. Ariana was not happy AT all. very rude he was very kind and said thank you,please,maam. after he said thank you she just kinda tossed the fork at him and walked away.

I was here today around noonish. Long line. A guy in the back prepping should have come out a lot earlier than he did to help the one girl out front. But that’s not the reason for the one star. It was the only thing I ate all day, the breakfast wrap. I started feeling bad a few hours later and just violently threw up. I’m calling the health department on Monday.

We hardly come to Chillicothe so I’ve never ate at this Subway before & don’t plan on eating here again. The woman making our food was rude & acted like she was irritated. I didn’t realize until time to pay that they had pretzels so I ordered one before paying & the guy was rude about it like it was a hassle for him to have to heat one up at the end of our order instead of the beginning of our order.

It might be the time of day that I decided to make my sub that makes my opinion so different, but almost every day i get a 6” tuna sub for about $6 cause i get some cookies too. Today i go in there and this dude puts ONE scoop of tuna on my sub and starts to finger blast my sub! I ask for another scoop and he says “you know that will be extra right?” Ofc i say yes and he puts another scoop on and proceeded to use his hands again instead of the scooper like everyone else. This dude puts two tiny slices of tomato and barely any lettuce on the sub and a tiny squirt of mayo. And they proceeded to charge me $7.72 for basically a piece of bread and two cookies. Never going that early again.
