This location has never been the greatest. I’ve always had issues with service, the food is always good. I decided to give this store one last chance tonight.I haven’t been to this location in about 2 years, I must say tonight I was extremely satisfied. Although they seemed understaffed everything was perfect! To whomever the manager on duty was I appreciate the great experience you all gave me tonight, I will be returning!

We ordered two containers of fried pickles and they were so hot they burnt through the container. The food had plastic particles on it and I’m not even sure this is safe to eat now.

Thank you Zaxby’s in Walkertown for being on the ball tonight. Your competition no longer serves strips, so you’re on top! Staff was polite and fast, the app worked great, and the personal delivery after 9:00 pm because the front was closed was fantastic. Busy night. As you can see, the 20 piece family strip meal was fantastic!

The picture is the $4.99 Big Zax Snack. It comes with 3 chicken tenders , fries, 1x piece of texas toast and a medium drink + 1 dipping sauce of your choice. This is the only location that I am aware of that has this menu item for $5. I absolutely love this Zaxbys. I stop here everytime on my way to and from Virginia. (The drink and toast are not pictured)
