I’m really disappointed with my experience here. During the holiday season, I was given a regular cup instead of a festive cup, even though there were plenty available and other customers were receiving them. We were also made to wait about 15 minutes, only to be served two cups of Thanksgiving Blend in plain cups.
It felt disheartening as a customer during a festive time for no clear reason. We were traveling and stopped here for a coffee break, and as loyal Starbucks fans, we’ve never experienced something like this before. On top of that, the Thanksgiving Blend didn’t taste anything like what we’ve had at other Starbucks locations.

Soo annoyed… I went inside and I waited 15 mins for 1 drink. All 6 workers could care less about the ppl waiting inside. The one by Panera is way better when it comes to this they have ppl working strictly on the front and others to handle the drive thru. This location is also always out of stufff don’t waste your time

I just love this place. Sometimes I like to be adventurous and let them surprise me with their favorite drinks, and I have never been disappointed. One of the baristas, Alexa, has helped me twice and she has created such good drinks both times. Thank you guys! I’ll be back!

This place is great, on weekdays. The staff on the weekdays are absolutely incredible. As soon as the weekend hits especially to wait, have rude customer service and get more than half of your order wrong. I, at this point, stock up on Friday to cover the weekend to avoid the issues that arise dealing with their weekend staff.

I placed my order which I do about three times a week my Venti ice green tea with no ice. When my order arrived from my great DoorDash angel the bag still sealed lids still sealed, I took my bag in and was in shock. Why is my Venti iced green tea?Not even half way filled up??I checked the cup size maybe they ran out of the smaller cup gave me a larger cup only filled it halfway. That makes sense. No right size just halfway filled. Are you kidding me Starbucks? You’re not rich enough I will never again order from you. We visited this Starbucks location on a Sunday and had a very disappointing experience. The store was unable to maintain adequate staffing, which resulted in the café being completely closed, leaving only the drive-thru in operation. Customers with mobile orders were instructed to wait in the lengthy drive-thru line simply to retrieve their purchases, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead for convenience.
When I attempted to pick up my order at the door, the employees ignored customers and refused to unlock the entrance, offering no explanation or alternative solution. This lack of communication and disregard for customer service created unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. It reflects poorly on the management of this location and makes it difficult to rely on this store for timely service.

This is perhaps the largest Starbucks location I have ever been to, and the service was fast, accurate, friendly, and delicious. Also, there was indoor and outdoor seating galore!

I was traveling out of state and decided to stop at this Starbucks for something familiar, since I go to Starbucks every day back home. Unfortunately, nothing about this location resembled the quality or experience I’m used to. The service was incredibly slow, and my coffee tasted extremely watered down. When I placed a second order, I waited 20 minutes only to be told that they didn’t even have what I ordered. On top of that, the bathrooms were very dirty, and the staff seemed distracted and unapproachable, making it difficult to even get their attention. Overall, a very disappointing experience compared to other Starbucks locations.
