I always order to go orders the food is decent, but no matter what time I show up restaurant empty or full they Never have the order ready when I’m there and I have to wait for them to cook it. I ordered online for a reason if I wanted to wait for them to cook the order I would have ordered to go in the restaurant. This goes for the website to go and doordash pickup ridiculous!

Why did we wait so long? This is a great addition, better than IHOP which closed earlier this year. Loc’s has a special atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the strip mall near Longhorns and Chick Fil A in Statesboro, GA. My wife and I enjoyed the omelettes, Western and bacon. The grits were the best and even my wife who does not care for them loved them! We ate late there for lunch. Serves breakfast all day. Can’t wait to come back for a waffle, etc next time!

Constructive Criticism Alert!!
I wasn’t feeling good today so I decided to order breakfast for my family via door dash. My food evidently tipped over and so grits were spilled all over the place. They were bagged with my kids’ pancakes and so grits seeped into their pancakes as well. All the condiments were covered in grits as well. It’s obvious that the problem of it not being handled with care was a dasher problem, and I complained to DoorDash, but Loc’s needs to understand that customers are paying more not only for the food, but for delivery fees, and tips, so it is partially their responsibility to make sure that food representing their establishment is sealed and bagged properly to help avoid things like this. I spent $42 on a meal and Door dash refunded me less than $6. I couldn’t serve it to my family because I have to assume if that fell over, how do I know if the rest didn’t? Especially since there was no seal and the bags weren’t tied, so it’s no telling. So my criticism is that Loc’s should safety seal delivery food. Tape on the to-go box, tying the bag, being considerate about what is being bagged together. A little container of grits maybe needs to be bagged separate from a big box, or consider using bowls with separate lids that can better seal. Not saying they serve bad food but the way they bag delivered food needs to be adjusted in my opinion.

Great place to get breakfast. There aren’t many options in Statesboro, but this place has a friendly staff and excellent food. Make sure to try the strawberry butter and spicy syrup with you chicken and waffles.

Been in statesboro for about a week. My son got a chicken omelette it was great. Been going back almost everyday. But this morning my chicken omelette was so burnt inside it was crazy. It’s sad.. I didn’t want to find a new place but now I have to see what else out here.
