Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. I got a special it was a stuffed crust pizza and 16 wings with 2 dips for 31 dollars. I get home and they didn’t give us any sauce with the wings. I specifically ordered ranch and blue cheese. Also the wings barely had any bbq sauce on them they were basically naked wings. On top of that I got the nastiest thinnest pizza I’ve ever seen in my life. I ordered a stuffed crust and the pizza wasn’t even a quarter inch thick.

She tried but she was new and should’ve had help. Ordered Cajun fries and got regular. Tried to have her fix it but she just shutdown. Pizza was ok, took an hour and we were the only ones there when we ordered. Ended up getting pizza to go. Salad bar was scary. When you walk in there’s a huge water leak in entry way. It’s not like it used to be . Used to love it there!

This place sucks. I got an order today that arrived unbagged and not secure. Sauces and all. Two days ago got a pizza that was not what I ordered. I’m visiting the area for work and the food and people around here leave a lot to be desired. I’m thoroughly disgusted. Now. I have to wait for Doordash to catch up and refund me for inedible chicken fingers.

Let’s start by saying, if you have Amanda, (there is another women too there, but she wasn’t here tonight) then you will be BLESSED with the best experience ever! Amanda made my peaches 8th birthday celebration extra special, I also want to compliment the other two working! My daughter and her friend had the best time ever! And of course, 8 year olds can be noisy, thank you to the others eating that showed love to my peach! It was overall the BEST Pizza Hut experience, the energy was 1000% there and the kindness! Thank you to everyone around!

Unprofessional and extremely inexperienced staff. Couldn’t answer basic questions about what offered for drinks. Had advertisements out on the tables for foods they haven’t offered in what our waiter referred to as weeks….we were the only people inside yet trash an dishes all over empty tables meanwhile the young staff were all grouped behind the counter just hanging out. Used to be my fav place to go when I lived there. Really gone downhill since. Such a shame.

What a horrible experience. First off the waitress delivered us the wrong food and brought out both our meals at different times and my wife’s pizza was not the correct order so they delivered my food so I was done eating by the time she received her food. My melt was over toasted to say the least. The waitress blamed it on the cook but the woman at the main register was extremely loud. Yelling frequently to everyone working and to the waitress who she knew kept messing up the order. The table was dirty. They had brought us no silverware. The paper towel roll was empty at our seat so I had to go get our own silverware and paper towels. Then to top it off she brought us someone else bill which was more than 3 times the amount i spent. Just overall felt like the salvation army version of Applebee’s. And I’m progressive but our waitress had more metal in her face than ironman. Not very family friendly atmosphere. Definitely will not return. The nostalgic restaurant I grew up with has faded into history. Very sad to see what’s familiar gone the floors were dirty with food everywhere. The windows had hand prints all over them. The shakers on the table were all empty and fingerprints all over them. The salad bar was overpriced and barely had anything in it and even both crouton containers were empty. Pictures to back it up.

I can usually tolerate a mediocre meal here and there, but this was just beyond bad… the quality of ingredients has gone way down hill. I ordered a pesto margherita pizza that had almost no flavor aside from the garlic. And whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER BACON! As shown in the photo, every piece of “bacon” had to be picked off because they were just flavorless hunks of fat.

The pizza was mediocre at best, had the personal pizza with salad bar, the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way,, some cheese hadn’t melted. Salad bar was good. What soured the experience was the waitress bitching about management and a co worker that apparently didn’t do something with the salad bar and left her to do it. She was talking to the cook but you could hear her in the dining room. Should have gone to the KFC/Taco Bell next door.

I can’t say anything good here about the food or atmosphere, well except the employees seemed like they were trying really hard.
The salad bar looked like food poisoning waiting to happen. The employees told us they was no fried food because the fryer had been broken for a long time and no one had come to fix it or sent a new one. the cheese bread looked/tasted burnt, the pizza seemed undercooked.
we asked for a box to go and he wasn’t allowed to give us a take out box because he would get in trouble!

Had a birthday party for my boyfriend at St. Johnsbury Pizza Hut. Kat gave us great service! Food was so delicious and reasonable prices. Even had beer there. Thank you!
