The brownies are old and frozen, gross. They are constantly out of stuff or they’ve turned the machines off. Giving out wrong flavors. The young female taking orders is rude. There was an issue, they closed early the day before the ragbai with a huge group that had been standing there waiting for quite some time to order. She turned them away not professionally and then proceeded to make rude jokes and talk badly about customers while closing up outside with other staff.
I have been coming to this establishment since I was a little girl and it is a shame to see it being run this way. I understand the owners are fairly new to owning. I dont see it lasting long with the direction its going.

Wasn’t very impressed. We waited over 30 minutes to order and get our items. They didn’t give us all our items and then one was wrong. I’m not sure I’d return. We also only ordered ice cream, no food.

Way expensive. No dinning room. Should have done the drive through. Onion rings were great, the burger was way over salted. I didn’t know how to order, I stood at one window and they looked at me. I moved to the I’m ext window and they took my order.

I’ve been to the new Ice Cream Junction twice and 2 home runs.
The first time the tenderloin and fries. Fresh cut and lightly breaded.
Tonight the burger and cheese curds. The burger was fresh meat, not those frozen patties and the cheese curds were fresh and lightly breaded not like those frozen ones in a bag. Everything so far is excellent. What am I going to try next time.

Went through the drive through and the young man who took my order was so patient and helpful and the fellow that cooked the food brought it to the window and was very polite and courteous too! I haven’t encountered such nice wait staff in along time! I forgot to mention the food was great too! I’ll definitely be stopping again when I’m in Oelwein!

We have been eating here for years. The tacos are 1.00 everyday. They usually have a special. Like 2 tenderloins, 2 frys, and 2 drinks for 10.00. The food is good. They keep it very clean. They appreciate there customers.

Best cheddar nuggets ever! They also have nuggets wrapped in bacon that are amazing! Food is always fresh and they have plenty of icecream flavors! If in town make sure to stop for a splat burger and bacon cheddar nuggets!

My first IC Junction experience was the hand breaded tenderloin, so yummy and not overly salty and processed like what passes for a tenderloin at lots of places. My friend had the Squealer Nuggets and this picky guy said “These are legit”, so that’s a rave in his book. Go check it out, super cute and cozy dining area and delicious food.
