Ordered delivery after a long drive. Hadn’t had Pizza Hut in FOREVER. We normally get Papa Johns. Got my order delivered and it was severely disappointing. I decided to get pepperoni and bbq pizza, but it was horrific. There wasn’t ANY sauce on my bbq pizza and the pepperoni pizza was burnt. Not to mention the pepperoni pizza was cut like a PUZZLE. Like what???? I called to try and get a reorder but no one answered. I had to take pictures of the pizza, it was so bad. I reached out to pizza hut customer service and they said someone would get back to me within “3-5 business days”. It’s been over a week and still have not heard from them. Never again will I waste my money here.

Very clean , always quick, & the staff is very FRIENDLY! The manager I can never remember her name unfortunately, but she’s my favorite! She definitely deserves a raise! She always makes sure everything is there and is so nice!

I ordered green olives and I got black olives. The store manager was rude and said they don’t have green olives. She was rude about a remake and tried to charge me a $1 for a remake and told me it’s only a $1. I made a complaint with corporate and got a free large pizza with any toppings. I ordered it and it look like my pizza was thrown around and toppings just thrown on it all over with no care. Plus I ordered a 20oz Dr Pepper and got a store brand Dr Pepper called dr topper. That’s dollar generals brand. I didn’t pay $3 plus for a generic soda that’s sold for a $1 at dollar general. They are making profit off a store brand soda. I came in to get my large pizza remade and brought it with me. The guy at the counter said I had to wait over 30 minutes for one little remake. I have a diabetic bed bound mother at home waiting on dinner. This is unacceptable and I feel like it’s getting personal.

I had an amazing experience at this Pizza Hut! The pizza was cut perfectly, making it easy to enjoy every bite. Big shoutout to the cook, Elijah, for doing such a fantastic job—the pizza was cooked to perfection! On top of that, the customer satisfaction was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great pizza and excellent service!
