My pizza arrived right on time for football ! Mikayla, the delivery driver, was incredibly swift in getting here—thank you! The pizza was absolutely stacked, full of flavor, and still piping hot, just how I like it!

Edit: This last order was just as impressive. It was hot, fresh, and ready in no time for my Sunday evening. A big thank you to Alexandra for the speedy and friendly delivery! If you’re going to order from here, DO NOT order delivery. Your food will be cooked, then sit in a hot box for an hour or more until they have someone deliver it. This has happened to me the past 2 times I have ordered delivery from this location. I thought last time was a fluke, apparently not. My order was placed at 2:51 on Sunday, 12/7, and did not get here until 4:15. It was “being checked by a quality expert” from about 3:15 until 4:10.

Having a “pizza tracker” is not helping your business if I can see that my food is cooked and just sitting, waiting for someone to deliver it. And the little weak coupon they send after taking 2+ hours from order to door is a joke. Won’t be ordering again, do better.

This store is great with great customer service but the app always gives me problems . I will place an order, pay for it then show up and they have no record of my purchase. My payment processes then it’s an ordeal to get a refund! Besides that all good!

My wife and I took opportunity of Domino’s $9.99 special on pizza. We ordered from the Red Bank, TN location. I have never seen such a well oiled machine of a crew! I would imagine having pizza as cheap as $9.99 would bring in a huge wave of customers. I witnessed this team work together to get me my order as quickly as possible in the sea of $9.99 pizzas they had to make. This team did an AMAZING job in the face of adversity as bitter and irritated customers came in to claim pizza they had to wait for. Thankfully, I got to witness the strong qualities in this team that others neglected to notice in their state of frustration. Unity, Professionalism, and PIZZA ART! Thank you Red Bank TN location! I’ll visit you soon!

Okay so I was trying to do an online order and it kept denying it so I called the store.The girl on the phone tried to help the best she could to get my order placed and after 2or 3 attempts she asked if I wanted the manager.I told her yes please so the manager Camron got on the phone to help me with my order a few minutes passed and success my order was placed.I just want to say thank you for helping me like you guys did and you got my 5 starts as promised for the help and great service.Thank you so much Camron for putting up with me and getting my order.You are an awesome manager.

The new sauceless pizza is quite nasty! The first time I thought well just a bad night. But after 5 orders of a Pepperoni with mushroom pizza and no sauce I realize maybe we have to now order sauce and pay extra??? Whoever got the idea to sell sauceless dry pizza should be fired, very bad idea

This is the second time in a row they messed up my order. My order yesterday was disappointing, and it took 40 minutes nearly to complete. I showed up and they told me to wait an additional 20 minutes. My wings were supposed to be honey Bbq but they were just wings with dollop of sauce on top, and the pizza was so thin that all the cheese just slid off. I went to the app to report it but there was no option. It’s a shame because my son really loves Domino’s.

In the past, this location has been pretty good about resolving issues (like the wrong order being delivered). I’m not sure what’s going on today, but at this point I can only assume this location is having a full meltdown or all the employees decided to walk out at the same time.

When our order arrived we discovered that the pizzas that were delivered did not match our order at all. It’s like we received someone else’s order.

Okay, no big deal…except that 30+ minutes later we still haven’t been able to speak to anyone at the store to get this issue resolved.

We tried reporting the issue on the app first, but the only solutions it offered were 20% off menu items or one free pizza. Neither would work for us because we ordered two pizzas, both of which arrived incorrect.

On our first attempt at calling the store, it rang several times before someone answered and asked us in a frantic tone to hold. No big deal…until we sat on hold for ten minutes, seemingly forgotten.

We then tried calling the store several more times, all of which went unanswered. They’ve just stopped answering the phone entirely at this point.

With no other viable options, my spouse just left to go to the store and get this issue resolved in person. We have a newborn baby at home and just wanted an easy dinner we didn’t have to leave the house to get. Having to drive to the store to get a simple mistake resolved defeats the whole point of delivery and highlights a complete deficit in operations and management at this location.

If I could leave a negative star, if not more I would, but I have to click at least one star to leave her a few, which is BS The location closest to me here in Chattanooga refuses to answer the phone and I have called the next-Store and they answered But would not deliver because they are outside of their coverage area and would be penalized But was willing to give me the phone number of the closest store, which I already had that would not answer the phone. I have never had this many issues with dominoes before they need to step up their game. I am very, very disappointed
