I often come to this location to grab a coffee and a quick breakfast with my dad. I just want to say that the bagel machine didn’t slice my bagel into equal portions. If that could be adjusted, that would be lovely. I love the atmosphere.

Took my 91 year old Dad here today only to find no designated Handicapped parking. My dad can’t walk far so I had to block the street to unload/load him. 4 cars parked right in front of door none were Handicapped spaces! This is a violation of A.D.A
requiring this by Federal law. I mentioned it to the Manager and was told that they comply with all codes!
Someone please educate Panera as to the A.D.A. requirements for all restaurants in Illinois.

Located in a high end shopping center near LL Bean and Ruth’s Chris. We stopped for lunch on a Thursday. We ordered at the counter and our food was ready just as we sat down with our filled drinks. I had the chicken strawberry poppyseed salad while my husband had the new chicken Caesar salad, both of us with a baguette piece on the side. The only criticism we had is that our chicken slices were still frozen together in chunks. It was still soft and fine to chew, but surprisingly cold, especially in the first encounter! That’s a minor thing, though, and I would be fine with stopping here again.

I came in for the soufflés and the where over cooked, I asked the manager (Davin) for a discount or if there is any other Soufflés I can get. They didn’t have any other options for me and didn’t give me a discount or a substitution. The workers also agreed that the food was overcooked. They were burnt and had no flavor because it was over cooked.

Strongly urge Arbortorum location Panera is the most disgusting location. The lady manager DAVIN is the rudest unprofessional and pathetic person ever we came across. Not fit to be part of hospitality industry. Dirty tables. Manager busy with gossip with other employee. Cares a damn about etiquettes or has any service ethics.

I’ve gone to this Panera a few times and it’s been fine but today, I came in early and bought food here, employees saw me order and pick up my food to eat inside. They decided to have an officer come up to me and say “the staff noticed that you’ve been here a while and haven’t ordered anything” I said I ordered food and ate it already. The officer proceeded to racially profile me because I am Hispanic and he then said that they were looking for people who fled a traffic stop and was suspected I was one of them but apparently after viewing footage again, it was not me. I am sick to my stomach knowing that this is what they decided to do

Love this place. I use their very reliable catering services once a month 7 times a year for my breakfast meetings. I have a long drive home and enjoy chilling here with a coffee while waiting for traffic to dial down. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
