HORRIFIC!! I agree (and liked) w/many of the one star reviews and am writing this concomitant review because of my TERRIBLE experience with this location. People are so rude and unprofessional (after an intolerably long wait times), I’m deterred from ever buying again. If company management is reading this, please consider rehiring. This location is much WORSE than about 90% of the pizza restaurants I have been at. Certainly, worse than Seattle where i’m living now!

I’ve eaten physically at this location on numerous occasions in the past 2 years and it is by far the superior Dominos location in the entire area. The staff has changed many times but the taste and quality have maintained through out. When I get Dominos, this location is always my go to.

I have 2 dogs. Both friendly, never had a problem, never bit anyone. Delivered to many times on the weekend.
3 separate times I got a delivery driver who was allergic to dogs, canceled my order the first time, and refused to get out of the car to deliver the other 2. I called back today to see if that person was on duty, as the person is generally rude, and I really didn’t want to deal with that person. Lady from the store I got connected to said people with allergies needed to work too, and I was told to never order from this location again, then was hung up on.
I have had zero problems with weekend shift. Always polite and cordial. This is your famous customer service?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered my food at 8:30 for a pinpoint delivery. It said at 9:17 it was out of the oven for the quality check. At 9:50, still not out for delivery, I called to check. If they were short I was going to just go and pick up the food to keep it from getting cold. The assistant manager of the location answered the phone and said that he had mine out on delivery. I waited until 10:17 before trying to call again. No answer. Decided to just drive to the location and get my refund since the food would be cold at this point.
I walked in to a delivery driver about to walk out the door with my order. I was going to just get the delivery fee back and tip, but he was EXTREMELY rude and said since it was a pin point delivery they didn’t even have to bring it anyways. Im not from here and did not have an address to provide for the location we were fishing at, only 7 minutes away from the store. I told them to just refund my money. He said the assistant manager would have to help me with this. She continued to make pizzas for approx 10 minutes before finally coming to assist me. While waiting A ROACH comes out from where the PIZZA dough is sitting. She did not speak other than answering that she was the person who I spoke to on the phone and told me my order was out for delivery, and confirmed she was not the store manager but the assistant. Pictures of the roach crawling into one of their delivery bags attached.
I do not leave negative reviews, but in all my years of ordering from anywhere this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had.

My food arrived almost an hour after I was notified that it was in the oven, of course, it was cold. The store wouldn’t answer any phone calls to attempt to get any updates, and the order was incorrect to the point where it is nothing that I like and will not eat. Again, the store did not answer when I tried to call to find a solution.

The employees are rude especially Felipe. I did a online order and when I picked it up the woman asked my zip code for the card and walked away when I told her the code multiple times so they guy Felipe comes to the window and he seems to not understand what I’m saying or he kept putting it in wrong so the card wasn’t going through he then wouldn’t give my card back. I’ve had this card for years and it’s been the same zip forever and the zip I gave works anywhere else he then proceeds to tell me he won’t give my card back that I had to come inside to get it. What good does coming inside to get my card do. After I told him I wouldn’t not come inside he then cancels my order. I definitely won’t be back and have contacted dominos about but I doubt anything will be done how their employees treated me.
