Took my kids here on a rainy day to support our local businesses and try something new (to them). Pleasantly surprised – safe bet for kids but not very authentic. Clean, friendly staff and reasonable prices. I got the pork bon Mi which was very good but the pork reminded me of extra sweet beef jerky. Delicious bread— perfectly toasted, but again, not authentic spices/flavor. My 3 yo got chicken nuggets which are basic as expected but did the trick — breading thick which he wasn’t a fan of but fries were hot and crispy. He ended up liking my 7 yo daughter’s kids size Pho the most— they slurped down the whole bowl and had fun using chopsticks and adding hoisin. We also got two boba smoothies— taro and chocolate— both very good. We will be back with Daddy next time!

The shrimp pho was a bit bland, but the P1 dish I ordered was somewhat better. Perhaps I am accustomed to the pho prepared by my friend.

I went to this restaurant to dine-in and had a great time. I talked to some of the workers after I ate and got some boba. They all gave amazing service and were very helpful because this is the first time I had bobas. My waitress was blonde with glasses and she gave exceptional service and was extremely nice. I definitely will be coming back and the food is fiiiirrreeee

The atmosphere is more cafe-like than a traditional restaurant.
The open windows give a breath of fresh air and sunlight that is far more welcomed than artificial variants. I like they keep everything open, airy and non-constricted.
The kitchen appears prepped for ease of access and unless you add Hoison Sauce or Sriracha your Pho will be very bare bones.

While the ingredients are fresh, and the prices are fair – I have to admit that i dont like the feeling of going somewhere and feeling “You know, I couldve made this at home”. I wanna be wowed in the sense that something is created that i cannot readily recreate.

A little bone broth, some bean sprouts, thai basil and a protein variant of choice and i could be enjoying this at home, having made it myself.

I tried the dry version of Pho with rice noodles, all the same soup toppings only this comes with a very fragrant fish sauce thats claimed to be made in house.

But i didnt taste the difference from the fish sauce i buy at HMART or Grand Asian Market. If anything, it was more bland and “safer”.

And overall, i feel that this is a safer introduction to traditional vietnamese food than one more authentic.

I’m by no means, putting this place down. I gave it 4 stars for a reason.

I will be back. But i want more bold flavors, and more traditional dishes on the menu.

I dont want to feel like i can make this at home.

However, we’re thankful for the great service (though we were given our appetizer, and no utensils to eat it – so our dumplings were cold by the time our meal arrived and we had to remind them we needed something to eat with.)

Aside from that, it was great! Give this place a try!

It was a cold and dreary day and the perfect day for some pho. I had the special pho and it was delicious! Broth was flavorful and aromatic. So glad we found this place!

overall, i really enjoy bep. the service is always very nice, they are clean, and efficient. however, i think the quality has dwindled. i first tried bep for boba and thought it was very good, however now when i get boba i find that the tapioca pearls are not cooked for long enough. they are not soft and chewy, but cold and hard. tonight i ordered the strawberry matcha boba. it was very yummy for about the first third of it, after that the matcha became grainy and the tapioca pearls ruined it for me. overall i still enjoy bep, but i think that there should be a standard to return to.

Great atmosphere, very clean. The food was really good. Unsweetened Stawberry Lemonade was great. We drove two hours to try them, and it was well worth it. We didn’t experience any cons while we were there.

Pros: Service was great, Food was fresh, Beautiful lobby

Cons: Vegan Boba option?, Offer a Bahn Mi salad!, Parking could be better

Typical pho, bahn mi, and other Vietnamese offerings in a clean and trendy spot. The drink selection was impressive and are lactose and gluten free by default, which means I don’t regret this oreo shake later.

I have dined in, done takeout and also use delivery often here. I really just order one thing…the lemongrass chicken and my mango Boba smoothie and that is life for me. As far as I’m concerned, it is a great restaurant. Love the staff there the folks that I’ve met at, all girls and they’ve all been quite sweet and welcoming, and very ready to recommend great items. A good team and good food. Highly recommended.

Fast service. The milk tea was good and I really like that you can pick the level of sweetness. Our server was nice.

Those are about the only good things I can say. My husband and I both got lemongrass chicken- one with rice and one with noodles. The portions were large but the chicken was dry and extremely salty. The rest of the dish had zero flavor, even with the sauce added. I added an eggroll and it was also dry and flavorless. It was bad enough to the point where I would have sent it back had we not had a feisty toddler with us. We needed to eat and get on the road.

I would get boba here but that’s it.
