Store was not clean nor welcoming. There were boxes of freight stacked sporadically by the front cash registers. Staff seemed annoyed that another customer walked in. Waited a couple of minutes before I was greeted and had my order taken, which was fine since I could see they were busy. I ordered a large dark roast…..”we’re out of that, all we have is Pikes”….can I get a grande eggnog lat…..”we’re out of that too”… No “sorry” or “I apologize”.
Its 9am and you’re out of the only two things I wanted? And there is a bunch of unopened shipment by your registers? A simple apology for that would have been nice. I probably would not be as frustrated about this whole experience.
Maybe this location does enough business they dont need to care about service and atmosphere?

Asked them to salt my pistachio cold foam, they looked confused when I have this done at every Starbucks I go to. When I got my drink it was so salty it was potent, my friend tried it and agreed. I felt dumb but as it was undrinkable decided to nicely explain to the barista so I could have it remade and she proceeded to argue with me that she made my drink and there was no salt in it. Thankfully another barista remade it but what an encounter. Very professional to argue with a customer about their drink.

I just wanna say I’ve been a huge fan of Starbucks and been ordering from them for years. Today on June 7th I was rushing to work and ordered through the application so I could pick up my order and go. As I was walking out my hand slipped and I dropped my precious Iced caramel macchiato (Rip) right in front of the door. Not only was the gal I explained this to super nice she even offer to remake my drink. I felt so bad and have bad anxiety about this stuff but that girl helping me was just hands down the best. Shout out to her and this Starbucks location you guys rock!

This is the worst starbucks I’ve been to in Fargo drink consistency wise.
I have gone here 4 times and 3 out of 4 times the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccinos have been actually pink or off and just taste like vanilla pumpkin juice.
There was literally no coffee in it even. It was not ordered coffee less.
Ratios have been way off.
8$ drink and they went straight in the trash.
We got there right as it went out and couldn’t re-make as we were in a rush.
I’m not chancing this one again

I went to this location having no idea what it would be like in there. I was never greeted when I walked in, the barista who took my order seemed mad to take my order. Not a great attitude. Nothing was stocked hand off plane wise. However the drinks were good.

They workers were so rude. We came in on a Sunday at 10:20, they had our drinks made but they left them on the counter where you prepare them. The drinks sat there for probably 5 minutes while the workers sat on their phones and just refused to acknowledge us. So eventually we asked for our drinks and the one girl made such a rude face. Then we said have a good day and she goes “yeah whatever”. Either be happy or quit, I worked in fast food and trust me I know how bad it gets. On one level I’m trying to be understanding but that was terrible

This is a great Starbucks coffee to go too! It’s in a very convenient location when you’re going around shopping they recently remodeled this location so it’s all new inside. And kept clean. Just got a pink drink but I normally get a quick coffee here.

Service was good. We got a small hazelnut latte and a pumpkin spice frappichino. The staff member who made the drinks was professional, quick, and lovely to work with. Very well trained.
The downside, the sleeves for hot coffee were not restocked, and the soap in the bathroom was empty.
