Came to this location today, Sunday, and it was great! We shared a meal, with extra chicken and seasonings. You can definitely save money with sharing a meal, and using rewards from the app.

The Chanhassen Noodles & Co has completely turned around! Portion sizes are back on point, orders are correct and staff is great! If you’re like me and had multiple previous poor experience maybe give them another shot.

First time ordering from here. Haven’t had this restaurant’s food for 8+ years, since we lived in Cali. We ordered takeout and ate at home.
This was the BEST takeout we have had in a long time. The bowls were freaking delicious! We tried the Pesto Cavatappi with Chicken, Stroganoff with marinated steak, and Creamy Cheddar Mac. We also had a warm Choc. chunk cookie.
Everything was amazing.

I am a frequent customer at noodles and company, usually don’t have problems however when I do it is about the service and the wait time. I was extremely disappointed today when I had to wait 30 minutes for buttered noddles. There were only two other tables with people and one already had their food. The woman working behind the counter seemed like she needed more training or just learn to operate at a faster pace. By the time I got the food she had left it out for at least 10 minutes and it was cold.

We kept giving this place benefit of the doubt, but at this point we see a trend of skimping. Not sure who is responsible but something is being miscommunicated with management and/or training because the people handling the food are skimping in various ways. We have noticed for a while they give us less veggies on orders, so we tend to pay extra for “extra veggies” but still end up feeling like veggies are way less than other branches. The first time we complained, they said they will keep our name at the front desk so that we get a free meal next time. When we ordered and came to pick up, they said they had no record of us having a free meal. Then today, in a moment of hope and desperation, we went and specifically spoke with the cashier to ask for truly extra veggies and shared past experience. Though she went back to talk to the food handlers in the back, we later heard as the food handlers were putting our food in the container, “just cover it up” and they added chicken on top. We weren’t sure we heard right and again, gave benefit of the doubt. But once we mixed the dish, the Penne Rosa had maybe 1 mushroom, 2 baby tomatoes, and 2 leaves of spinach. The cashier was very nice when we called and apologetic, offering us a re-do of the penne Rosa. They did add truly extra veggies this time… but they seem to have watered down the sauce… it had no flavor. You can see in the picture how goopy the “re-do” one is up front though it does have extra veggies. We are now wary of complaining and wonder if the food handlers have spiteful responses to feedback.
The pad Thai was also so bland. The noodles were still sticking together because there wasn’t enough sauce. It feels like I’m eating plain noodles. Very disappointed. We will not being going back. It is hard to trust what is going on to our food at this point. A shame because we love the Noodles & Co brand, but this branch might need to prioritize training their food handlers on consistency and reliability.

I picked up my order and brought it home. When i got home, i realized my stroganoff had NO SAUCE! It was just noodles and steak. I called and asked for a new one to be delivered. They agreed and the manager herself drove it over. PLUS, i got a coupon for my next visit AND sauce for my first one. Didnt even ask for it. The way it was handled was very professional and it was greatly appreciated. Now I have lunch for tomorrow!

Usually noodles and company provides a great experience however not this location. We have ordered a party plater take out 1 day ahead for 12:15 pickup. Arrived 12:20 and they have not even started preparing it and was to just to wait as if it’s my fault that I want it by a certain time. I gave them 1 day heads up and lead time. Management sucks and did not even admit to their mistake. No compensation. Very unprofessional behavior. Hopefully either management changes or the current management takes control and fixes the problems.

This Noodles and Company is awesome! The employees are always willing to accommodate the customers dinning experience with a smile. I have never had my food made incorrectly with little care, I eat here at least bi-weekly sometimes at 11:00 pm and I always feel great when I walk out the door.

I ordered the pad thai. It came without three ingredients: no sauce, no peanuts, and no cilantro. But it did have an abundance of red cabbage and a watery liquid. The service was also terrible. I asked three times for a to go box (order, table delivery, at the register). Never again visiting this location.

They had the D team working today. Extremely slow on all orders, 45 min+ on simple pick up orders. You actually have to try to be that bad. Just do your jobs, give us our slop in a timely manner, and let’s never cross paths again.
