We went to Turning Point West for a quick Early dinner with friends.
Our Waitress Ava was Excellent.
She was attentive, fast and very Friendly.
The Manager Gina stopped by our table to make sure everything was up to our liking.
The food was Good and came out from the kitchen hot and fast.
Ava asked about refills and if we needed boxes when finished.
Over all it was a great service.

Great food, awesome clean look. Friendly service that met my expectations and informed the kitchen of allergy issues. Good size portions with appealing layouts.

The place has a great energy. The staff are friendly and give excellent service. Food was served quickly and tasty. Didn’t break the bank. Our server nicole was very sweet. She thanked my husband for his service in the armed forces. We felt like we made a friend and will definitely be back!

I went to this location for lunch recently, and my server Miles was extremely attentive and gave me good recommendations. Give that man a raise. The manager Ryleigh also came over to ensure I was having a nice experience. Overall 11/10. Will definitely be back

Todd provided us with an excellent experience. He gave us with a detail explanation of the menu as well as some excellent recommendations. Don’t pass on some of the cold brews. We tried two which were delicious. Don’t pass on the cinnamon rolls.
Great atmosphere, great food and friendly service.

The first time I came to this location, I was not impressed. The second time I came to this location, I can still say the same. My husband and I came here when they first opened and we didn’t care for this location versus the other two that are located on Hooper Ave and Brick. This time when my husband and I visited, we ordered our drinks– a hot chai and a French press. My husband did not get a timer for his French press, he was just told by the waiter to wait 4 minutes, which was kind of odd because they usually give you a timer at the other locations. Then, when he asked for milk for his coffee, the waiter completely forgot. 15 minutes went by and we had to wave down another waiter to get it for us. We could see into the kitchen from where we were sitting and most of the staff was accumulated in that same area and not paying attention to their surroundings (their tables). The waiter forgetting the milk really ticked us off because the place was DEAD, so there was no excuse other than the waiter just being inattentive. My husband and I both ordered a cup of oatmeal, which states that it comes with cinnamon and brown sugar on the menu– with fruit, an additional $1. So we ordered the oatmeal with fruit and our breakfast entrees and everything came out all at once, which we were very unhappy about. The oatmeal was missing both the brown sugar and cinnamon, so we let our waiter know and he just blamed it on the kitchen staff. We’re done with this location. Way too many immature and inattentive people at this location. I’m 34, by the way– so there are no excuses. I was looking for an older adult supervisor and there did not seem to be one around, which based on our visit, there should definitely be one to make up for the lack of concern and service.

The food was alright but my server was great truly. I have some allergies and Savion made sure to explain everything. I got my food pretty quickly and he made sure to see everything was all right. Best server I’ve ever had

I’ve been to this location twice so far. Once I ordered take out. The last time, I got a table and had lunch with my mom and aunt. I dont think I will go back to dine in again and just do take out. While the food is very good. The service was terrible. The waiter basically mumbled and was difficult to understand. He brought us a bottle of water but didn’t bring us glasses for at least 15 minutes. When the food came out. My aunt and I received our food first, and my mom’s food came maybe 5 minutes later. We then had to wait at least another 15 minutes to get extra napkins, water, and condiments.
While yes, it was extremely busy, I found it a little ridiculous. Also, the waiter never came back to check on us about the food. Im not very picky with things usually, and I worked in the restaurant business for years, so Im usually very easy going when it comes to the service, as I know what it’s like. This experience was just not ok. Like I said, the food was very good, so I will go back for take out, but not to dine in.

Been there more than a handful of times. Overall, everything is good. There were lots of fancy items on the menu I don’t think I would ever order. Other plain breakfast items I’m used to were missing from it. Again, if you like fancy, different dishes, you’ll love it. The coffee, I must say was very good and stayed really hot in the pot.
The wait staff is friendly, too. The most resent visit my wife had the Wilbur Skillet which she said was very good. I had an omelette. I have to say, I was very disappointed.

I went there over a year ago. I don’t go out a lot. The pancakes though were terrible. I am not normally that picky. They were cakey. I went with my mother. She agreed. Her pancakes were a little better. Mine were plain. Hers’ were something else. But we both agreed they were the poorest we have eaten. We told the waitress and she said ‘we don’t make very good pancakes’. She also said with confidence and added that she has been there a long time and that that they always make them that way. I remember some other stuff being good like the cofee. So i will give a 2.
