I want to say the past few orders have been excellent. They have been cooked perfectly. They have arrived hot and delicious. Thank you taking pride in making and delivering great pizza. The delivery drivers have all been extremely polite and friendly.

Despite several attempts to ensure that orders are correct, the staff continue to screw up my orders every time. This is not a one time issue. Collectively this is the fourth time in a row the staff at Battle Creek Pizza Hut have screwed up my order. When you call, they seem busy. Too busy to care.
The really sad part is, before the order is even placed, they want to know how much of a tip I want to leave. A tip is a reward for superior service. Not for “just doing your job”.
I am very saddened and disgusted with the quality of product. May I suggest Papa John’s?

We placed an online order for future pickup at a specific time. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes to receive the order. When we arrived at home we realized our order was short on two products. I tried to call in the issue but was unable to reach anyone. I drove back to the store to wait an additional 12 minutes for them to cook the items. I ordered from here due to the big dinner box deal. Next time I’ll order up the street a couple blocks.

I have been here several day in a row! They keep saying that they are out of personal pan pizza! The worker is sitting in her car. She got out to tell me that they had none and went back to sitting in her car. I guess pizza hut pays people to sit in their car and smoking! Everytime I come and everytime this lady tells me no personal pizza! I don’t belive it it’s doe! You are suppose to make the doe so how on earth do you run out of personal and you have doe for a large. Their sign is never on so I’m sure people don’t even bother because you would not know if it’s open. Ima go on west Michigan! I never have an issue there. And I think I will call cooperate tomorrow because it smells bad and the workers do not look sanitary!

Employees go above and beyond to make a Birthday wish come true.
Shift Lead Chris and his teammates created a pizza with Happy B-Day spelled out in pepperoni and on the inside lid wrote “Happy Birthday home slice.”
They also attached balloons with a large cookie which was their own contribution to my nephews special day which was Amazing!
I don’t live on that side of the state so this was all agreed upon over the phone.
Pizza Hut team members that worked on this you all are outstanding individuals, thank you!

Update: please adjust your pizza oven. Even when in instructions to cook longer it is still not fully cooked and sometimes raw. Has happened the last 3 times. Try to call but no one answers
This is a hit or miss. Tonight I ordered a delivery at 1030ish. Said it would arrive around 1104. 1130 and still says in oven. I call amd the first time says my order is canceled by am automatic system. I didnt cancel it and never got notification of a cancelation. So i call again and no answer but an automatic system. I end up with some foreign person and sees I have an order and they said one minute don’t hang up and then they hang up! I don’t get it. This better not charge to my account.

The food and staff was incredible! Everything I got food wise was great. Everything was cooked perfectly and didn’t take long for my order to be done. And the staff was so helpful and very upbeat and made my hole experience at that location wonderful. Would definitely recommend anyone to start coming to this location if they don’t already. Just on the staff alone besides the fact that the food is always fantastic and if they do mess up your order up because you know we all do make mistakes at times we are all human they definitely make it right by offering you and dessert or something to make it right. The mangers I have had the pleasure of meeting were amazing people. Felix and Dawn are incredible people! Pizza hut is definitely lucky to have them as part of their team!

Don’t try to use the app or order online. They will take your money and then claim they never got your order. The police will say it’s a civil matter even though it’s theft.
