I had a good experience at Ojo de Agua. The waitress took great care of us—very friendly and attentive, with excellent service. The menu has a lot of variety, and overall the food was good.
Our order included two coffees, two orders of consomé with two tacos, a mamey smoothie, a green juice, and a nopales taco. The total was $74.01.
The only thing I didn’t like was the mamey smoothie—it honestly tasted like they forgot to add the mamey because it didn’t have much flavor. Other than that, everything was good and I would recommend this place.

Delicious authentic food served quickly by friendly staff.
I ordered a simple chicken burrito. They served it with a side of some of the tastiest, spiciest sauce. Oh, and the horchata is fantastic.
Prices are very fair.
The only reason for 4 stars, is that it’s hotter inside than outside. The are numerous fans on the ceiling, but the 104° outside air that rushes in when the doors open shouldn’t feel like a cooling breeze.

The food was mid compared to the amazing Rialto location. The little girl at the register in the afternoon is rude. As soon as someone walks in she says “para aqui, o pa llevar?!” Like girl, say hi first. The server also caught an attitude when I checked my bag. No spoon or napkins were placed in my to go order. Those little things matter. I don’t think we need to pay for her bad day. Skimpy serving. Never coming back. I’ll take the trip all the way out to Rialto instead.

Had un huarache de asada con un cafecito for a late breakfast. We also ordered the guac and chips to share and the guac was fresh and delicious. Haven’t tried anything else on the menu so I can’t really speak on that but this is our go to spot in MoVal for huaraches. My old school parents say it’s a lil pricey in their opinion but they never decline to go ♀️
