I stopped by Rehab Bar and Grill on a Saturday evening. As the hours progressed into the evening patrons began to fill the bar.
The bar itself we well maintained: flooring, seating areas, bar tops, out door areas, the dance floor and the rest rooms. The owners take great pride in their establishment and it shows. The employees run like a well oiled machine. The door person is fast and efficient. The bartenders are personable enough and serve customers quickly. The DJs were festive and energetic. The drag show maintained a high level of positive energy. I saw a few people eating. They all appeared to be pleased with their selections.
The bar attracts the “popular” younger crowd, yet all age groups will feel right at home.
If your visiting STL, or The Grove, you must add Rehab Bar and Grill to your pub craw.
As the evening progresses it is increasingly difficult to find parking in the Grove.
Take an Uber. Drink responsibly, and have fun.

Partying at Rehab is always SO much Fun! We are always greeted so nicely, it is Obvious that ALL are welcome here! The main bar area has great service, tasty drinks and fun music. Some nights the patio is a great place to slip away and chill, but then there are nights when the DJ pumps the Jams and it becomes another party space to cut loose and enjoy!! If you are looking for a great time in an LGBTQ bar/ Nightclub where Straight people are always welcome, here is your place!!

It has been a very long time since I have been here since pride of last year. I came tonight, thinking I would enjoy a performance the atmosphere as usual, but security was very rude when asking me and my colleagues to clear the walkway for performers. Security also didn’t ask anybody else, but us to move. I have been coming here for over 10 years. Things have changed demeanors as well. Do better .

Amazing LGBTQIA+ Venue with amazing musical talent. Amazing staff. Billiards dartboards. A patio party every Saturday. This is definitely a place you don’t wanna miss if you’re visiting St. Louis.

Went for the first time. Had a great time. Place was vibrant, music was on point, everyone was nice and welcoming. As a non gay person, went with my wife, and we both enjoyed ourselves greatly.

Best gay bar in St. Louis. Not only is it friendly to everyone, but the performances are great and the crowd is fun. Highly recommend this place in town.

Great gay bar!! The drink specials on weeknights are great and trivia is so much fun. Owner is attentive to feedback and was receptive to feedback about the volume on weeknights.

Definitely stop in when you’re in town or if you live in the area. This place really lights up late at night.

Edit: They addressed the comments on the volume tonight at Trivia and I deeply appreciate it.

Flew in from Orlando earlier than expected. My ride to IL was still two hours away so I googled the nearest gay bar figuring I’d be safe to chill there til my ride got there. Place was big and bartender was friendly. Definitely will stop by again next time I’m in st. Louis. Thank you!

I’ve only been to drag shows on Saturday nights here – drink prices have always been reasonable, with friendly staff. Sound quality was unusually poor last night, too loud and rather harsh. It caused me to leave early, and I’m now disinclined to go back.
