Phenomenal! Came here for my first dinner visiting Santa Fe. The Ribeye was absolutely the best steak I’ve ever eaten, hands down. They have the orange Sanpellegrino which made me happy. The tiramisu was perfection! Servers checked on me several times which I appreciated. Love, love, LOVE this place!!! ❤️

Stopped in during Spanish Market. Good menu selection with dishes beyond traditional Italian fare. We had the Halibut and Chips fish fry. The fish had a slight kick from black pepper (?) or some other pepper. The fries were perfect with garnishes and perfect seasonings. It has a good adobe feel, but ceiling is high so not claustrophobic like some of the adobe establishments. Definitely recommend stopping by.

We had the perfect night at Pranzo. Everything we ate was fantastic. We started with an appetizer off the specials. It was focaccia bread with roasted garlic spread and herbs and was phenomenal. It came with a little tangy salsa that I wasn’t sure about on description but was fantastic with the bread.

For my entree I got the funghi pizza which was straightforward but excellently executed. Very crispy thin crust, clean mushroom-forward flavor, and a light tough on the truffle oil. Perfect.

My wife got the spinach ravioli with a sage cream sauce and it was also excellent. So much flavor in the sauce, but not overdone with the sage funk. It was perfect and my wife was raving.

I ALMOST got the crispy chicken thighs and am eagerly looking forward to coming back for it. Don’t sleep on this place, it was a wonderful meal!

One of the best meals we had while visiting Santa Fe! The service was fantastic, Bianca was our server and was so nice and gave great recommendations. My husband had the chicken parm on their specials menu for that day and he said it was the best he has ever had. Can’t wait to visit Santa Fe again and come back here for dinner.

I had Spaghettini Con Gamberoni last night. I asked for no cheese and received cheese, shrimp was overcooked and tough, gluten-free pasta fell apart. There are some great gluten-free pastas. I was told the fee for the gluten-free pasta was $3, however it was $3.50. The dish had no flavor. There is a service charge of $6 per table for the non-tipped kitchens staff, which you can ask to be removed. At $27 for pasta, there is enough to pay the staff. I haven’t been there in a long time and do not plan on going again. I was so disappointed. This use to be my favorite dish.

Loved the old Pranzos. The new Pranzos has a very different menu and the personality of the staff needs some polishing.
Food on the “new” menu was very generic, very plain. The pasta was ho-hum and over salted.
Meat was dry as toast.
Server was non-existent. We were left parched and when I asked for more water (since getting another cocktail was out of the question) the server was put off as though we were interrupting some other personal task of his. Pity really.
The restaurant atmosphere was no better than eating at Denny’s or IHOP. It lacked any personality other than fake Santa Fe style.

There is so much room for improvement here. My photo was taken when the Old Pranzo was still a Santa Fe gem.

I sampled some delicious vegetable soup at Pranzo while on a walking restaurant tour of Santa Fe. The soup was flavorful and really yummy! Pranzo uses fresh ingredients and makes all their pasta from scratch. I can’t wait to return and try more of the menu! Thanks!

Wanted a fast lunch next to our hotel and Pranzo’s delivered! By this time we were fairly enchilada’d out and wanted something different. I got the chicken Caesar salad, and my partner had the pizza with a hearty topping of green chili. Service was quick and friendly. Would go back to try dinner!

Great place with great food. The place was packed when we were there. Had a nice conversation with the folks at the table beside us. Will be back to try another dish. Highly recommend.
