Could y’all for ONCE make my salted caramel toffee coffee good?? I asked for easy ice and got barely any ice. The first time I tried this coffee the manager who works in the morning made it and it was soooo AMAZING!!! The next day I got another she made it perfect both times ! If she isn’t the one making it it’s horrible sadly. Today the cold foam was completely melted barely any toffee and semi warm due to the lack of ice… easy ice doesn’t mean no ice. I’m sorry I love sonic but I definitely won’t be ordering another coffee free or not!

I ordered on the app. At 730am. When trying to check in I was given an error message. When I pulled to the drive thru to let the assistant manager know I had an issue checking in. She quickly responded. I would need to cancel my order because we are not open yet. I asked her if this was a normal thing to where the advertised hours say you’re open, but you’re not? She responded. She responded with I’m not the general manager. I’m just an assistant and I don’t control the hours. So now I’m stuck with an order that I don’t know how to cancel and a store that says it’s open and it’s not. Very disappointing. The assistant manager could have been a little more understanding about the fact that I paid for something that I couldn’t pick up.

First I ordered online and sent my husband to pick up. Why in the world are there no prices on the menu. That is just stupid in itself. They didn’t have any tots so I ended up with cheese stix that were not great. And I got only one pretzel when I ordered two and the blt was so nasty I had to recook it when I got it. The bacon was raw and the lettuce was really nasty. I think the kids working there were a little too excited to go home so who cares how nasty the food is after 8 pm. If I wanted to cook, I wouldn’t have paid all the money to get sonic. Won’t be back.

Horrible customer service! Tried to order special deal through the app but was told that the app wasn’t working at that location. Drove to the location and Asked if she would give me the special pricing as the app wasn’t working. I was told no in a very rude tone of voice so drove away. This is not the first time I have been treated badly at this location. Skip this place!

The food is good when it’s not made sloppy and my toppings and condiments aren’t all over the outside of my food. I order large I get half the thing of fries so I tried tots instead… nope still half full large orders. When I order here we typically spent about $40-$50 feeding my family and this is the food we get? And the customer service is an absolute joke in a half. You have some sweet as pie workers and carhops then You have the larger group that doesn’t seem to want to be there nor do they care about their customers or the hard earned money we spend here. I will not be returning till issues like can stop happening more often then not.
